History

Established in 2010.

Fit Body Boot Camp Spring began when the owner (a Personal Trainer/​Group Fitness Insturctor for 16+ years) had multiple clients who all had the same goal of losing inches and pounds quickly while toning up… and they all needed the same time slot. It began as a 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss program and everyone was so happy with their results, and enjoyed working out with their new friends — we had to keep going! If 21 Days was good, then an on-​going program must be better. We started out with 9 participants in 1 small location and only 1 time slot available ~ Now we have 2 locations & 3 different time slots available and we are looking to expand so we can offer more classes on different days & times to reach out to more people and help them reach their health & fitness goals.

Shanna has worked as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor for 16+ years and a Certified Personal Trainer for 11 years. She specializes in helping people get results Quickly and Safely while using positive reinforcement.
