A full service, comprehensive approach is what you will find with Shauna who see’s all patients at this location. As a disclaimer: If you are looking for a «drive thu, fast food» approach to skin care, fillers, Botox or Dysport, etc. this is NOT the place for you. Shauna’s bedside manner is kind, thorough, and professional. Which btw, is exactly as it should be if you are injecting needles in my face! :) What I like best about the approach taken here is that Shauna asks all the right questions to provide the best treatment options for you, and she takes her time. Likewise she is VERY informed about the products she uses, the skin care lines she carries and never ever tries to sell you something. Her technique is really top notch and she will talk you through how she plans to address the issues you want to correct. She truly blows me away when she starts explaining how the muscles in the face work together and how she will use the injections to work in a complementary way. She will tell you honestly what certain treatments will and won’t do and will help you set your expectations for your results appropriately. I would recommend anyone that is interested in fillers or other injectibles but was nervous to try for the first time, those who have tried but were not happy with the results, or if you have had a poor experience with another injectionist to look no further. If you are like me, and value an informed and thorough experience by a true professional to provide your ongoing treatments you will not be disappointed here! I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate on this review!

Fillers, injections, botox, dysport, youth serum whatever you want to call it, it’s some scary stuff.
A friend recommended me to Shauna (Shauna Penn) after she had used her services, after I had mentioned I has this crease in my forehead that would not go away. No matter what lotions, potions, creams, whatever, it was a deep crease and it aged me by 10 years. I had been contemplating getting fillers for a couple of years now, and decided to make the leap. I met with Shauna at the same place I get my hair done in the Woodlands at Posh, where she sees clients. She also has an office in Clear lake, and will meet clients inside the loop by appointment. She is a licensed Esthetician, which is HUGE in choosing someone to inject something into your face. She has worked for a plastic surgeon for 15+ years and is highly experienced in dermatology, and fillers. She has a fantastic bedside manner, and is extremely gentle. She was more than happy to sit down for quite a while to explain all of the differences in price, possible side effects, risks involved, and everything else you ever wanted to know. So basically she was open to discussing both the GOOD, BAD AND UGLY which as you know is rare in the beauty world. In the end, I opted for dysport, which didn’t hurt a bit, and was over within 10 minutes. The results have been outstanding! I am extremely happy with Shauna, and would recommend her to anyone looking to experience this for the first, second or third time. She is a true professional.
