Nicole is absolutely rude. I cash my expense checks every month and deposit as cash so I can make my credit card payment immediately. I completely understand I have to have ample amount in my account to cover the check being deposited immediately which I always do. I was completely embarrassed today by Nicole as she proceeded to verify my signature card in addition to my DL, my debit card, my spouse with me with his DL and debit card joint to the account conducting additional business for our mortgage with Chase. Nicole was unable to pull the signature card for whatever reason, she was condescending in her tone and response when I asked what was going on. To my knowledge the signature card has never been used when I had all other documents At minimum she could have apologized for the delay and explained what she was doing. Instead she made me feel there was an issue and then spoke down to me, turning her back on me when I asked what was wrong. I m not happy at the moment, shame on Nicole and Chase.

I have been to this location a couple of times and used the drive-thru on both occasions. There were no lines on either of my visits and the teller was friendly and quick on waiting on me. I like that you are able to get in and out quickly and receive friendly service to boot. I will be returning here on a regular basis for my banking needs.
