Zero security. My husband made a cash withdrawal and was followed to two different locations before the cash was stolen out of his car. A blue van was on security cameras following my husband from the bank, to the gas station, AND eventually was caught on the cameras at my baby’s daycare. When the cop asked the teller if she saw anything suspicious she said she has been noticing suspicious people in the lobby lately and that this isn’t the first time customers have been followed and robbed from this location. WHAT?!! I was especially troubled because even though they had been experiencing this, there was NOGUARDS or off-duty officers or even anyone to deter«suspicious» people from casing the lobby OF A BANK. My 1 year old son was with my husband and it makes me sick to think that they were being followed in the middle of the day by people meaning to rob them. Two days after this incident I opened an account and switched my direct deposit and savings over to a smaller, local bank that has armed security in every single branch.

You may want to think twice before using Bank of America’s ATM. Because they have a three dollar service charge fee which is around the standard for if you’re not a member.
