Mr. Brower has been recognized by Texas Monthly Magazine as a «Texas Super Lawyer» one the top lawyers in the state and has consistently been praised by his clients for the results he has obtained and the value he has provided. Mr. Brower began his career as a trial lawyer and has skillfully managed major, complex litigation in the areas of probate and guardianship. During that same time, he handled numerous appellate cases involving probate, guardianship, trust, and real estate issues. Throughout his career, Mr. Brower has had first chair responsibility for complex probate, guardianship, real estate, employment, and business litigation across the State of Texas. Mr. Brower has also successfully appealed cases in both the United States Courts of Appeals and the Texas Courts of Appeals on a variety of issues including employment rights, guardianships, trusts, and probate.
