I’m super disappointed. I’ve been to this office several times before. The front desk ladies have never been mean, but not friendly either. I drove an hour today from a rescheduled appointment in December. They failed to put me on the schedule. They «squeezed» me in for an appointment I already had and then charged me for missing an appointment. No one drives an hour for a fake appointment. Horrible service and no common sense.
