I took my car to this place and Rich helped me not once but twice. My car had the engine light on but as I was driving there the light went off! Mind you!
Rich took his time and chked it out and don’t even charged me!
The 2^nd he helped me again when my temp gauge was going on the red! He tear drove it plus put coolant in it. I had to drive it for a week to see if the prob still exists!
I will need a new exhaust but I need to wait Til cc goes down before I can charge it.

My whole family has been taking their cars here for service for over 15 years. We have never had to return for anything that wasn’t fixed the first time. Prices are very fair, and the mechanics I’ve worked with, Larry and Rich, are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would never even consider taking my car anywhere else.

This is the best automotive repaur shop I have found. It is owned by two knowledgable and honest brothers. The pricing is fair and the work is always done right. Give them a try.

Have been meaning to get around to posting this, so here goes. Recently had some car troubles and Larry was more than accommodating. My work week takes up a majority of the day and allows little time to drop a car off. My best option was to drop it off Friday after work and he’d take a look at it on Saturday.
It took two Saturdays (one of these was the Labor Day weekend so he closed a little earlier than usual) of this in order for my engine light to be turned off, but I knew it was time well spent. I knew having my car in Larry & Rich’s hands they were checking every possible problem that light was on.
Needless to say, the prices are fair, work done in a timely fashion, and they are real honest with you. Also, my car is currently at his shop for some more issues out of the blue (overheating issues). We love our cars when they work right, but when they don’t, it’s nice to know you can go to someone like Larry & Rich who will tell just what’s going on and how much exactly it’ll run.
I will continue to (and so will my fiancée) bring my car to him for the accessibility (he’s really close to our apartment), fair pricing, and honest good work they do.

Super friendly, fair prices and top notch work. I got my car before it was estimated to be ready and the cost ended up being cheaper than quoted. My car is runnning like a dream. I will be going back here for any other services I may need regarding my car, as will my fiancé.

Great small business in Spring Valley. Larry and Rich always get my car repaired on or before the repair date they quote. Prices are always fair and the work done is top of the line. Some times they even have some snacks there for me to eat!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Rich and Larry at Tom Russell Automotive in Casa de Oro for years now and they have ALWAYS done great work at fair prices. You can trust these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and are not just there for the occasional automotive breakdown… they do a terrific job on the regular maintenance our vehicles as well. My own mother would drive almost twenty miles from her home so they could work on her car. It sure is nice to have confidence in the people who you have to trust. How often can you say that in today’s world?

Love this place! They always have my car finished by the time they quote me. Can get pricey, but that’s because they don’t BS or cut any corners. The two guys that run the place are also really friendly. Can always count on them to make me laugh!

The guys at Tom Russell have never done me wrong. They communicate well, stick to the estimate, and do high quality, fair priced work.
