Meet the Business Owner

Justin O.

Business Owner

I began learning the development process of new home construction in 1997. I worked for a general contractor who operated his business with one-​two employees, so for the following eight years, I was extremely integrated into learning the construction process.

In 2006, after working on my own for a couple years, I was hired on as a project manager for a developer. We built million dollar custom homes in Santa Luz, Jamul Estates, Elfin Forest, and Muth Valley. I continued working for this contractor until 2008, when my wife and I left San Diego to be youth workers in Europe.

After 6 years outside of San Diego, I am back home, spent the summer working as a journeyman carpenter to get my trade experience back up, and in Fall 2014, I passed my contractor’s test receiving a General B License from the State of California.
