I’ve been using Ed for the last 7 years and have received nothing but the best product at a very good price. Overall their product is only as good as you the client have a clear vision of what you want your final finished product to look like. Meaning i for one will double check the drafts provided and will ask many questions in regards to my project at hand. I use him for all my business needs and also for all my children dports needs from business cards, embroidery, work shirts, team shirts, flyers, small/​large banners and other marketing items i give to my clients. You want quality and good pricing deal with Ed at SDPG.

San Diego Premier Graphics have been there for our company every time and met all deadlines from business cards, silk-​screening to web designs and promotional items. Ed’s loyalty and dedication to his customers is second to none and that’s why we’ll keep coming back.

My experience with Ed was so bad that I need to let others know how he operates. Ed’s shop was right down the street from my house so I decided to give him a try. I told him I needed 26 shirts Made for my business. I gave him my logo and told him I needed it printed on the front and back. he was making new shirts as my others were old and worn out. I gave him an old shirt as a point of reference and told him I wanted the same layout and brand of shirts. At first he was great. He gave me good price and told me they would be done in about a week. That’s when it all went bad. A few weeks went by and I heard nothing from him. I then called to follow up and he told me he shirts were there and had been for a least a week. Not sure why he did not tell me they were done. I went to pick them up but I only had $ 200 of the $ 324 that I owed him. He allowed me to take a few shirts and kept the rest until i paid in full the following week. Right away I noticed the shirts did nott look right. The printing was flaking off and he said it will do that until I washed them then the color would set in and they would be fine. The next week I paid in full and got the rest of the shirts. I washed all of them to remove the flaking color. Once washed I fould that most of the color had blead out of the logo so I took them back in and gave him 12 shirts back to fix the issue he told me it was clear they were done wrong and he would fix it right away. For the next three months I called him once a week and each time I was told he was working on it. He then closed his shop and stop returning my calls. He never gave me my shirts and never fixed the issue. So in the end I paid $ 324 for 12 shirts and after just 5 months of use the shirts looks worse then my old shirts I wore for 5 years. San Diego premier graphics is the last place you should go to get anything done.

This guy is a damn joke!!! I run a local little league and purchased gear for my daughters team. First of all he takes forever. Then when we got the items I noticed that there was an order missing and that my hoodie had what I thought was brown paint on the pocket. Well I called him to advise this and he said no it’s not my mistake. And bring the hoodie back so I can «clean it» ummm horrible customer service. What happened to «I apologize. Can I print you a new one?» Well turns out that brown paint was actually a burn and now the hoodie has a huge hole in it. He wanted to charge me a new set up fee to print the missing order. And then had the nerve to be a bitch about the fact that I cancelled my 2 other orders with him. Who in their right mind would get more stuff from someone like this? Needless to say we have found a new vendor who makes it right when they mess up and is wayyyyy faster. Don’t use SDPG. Use Mendi5 sports apparel. Way better service. Faster and the same price. I will be reporting him to the BBB as well.

These guys are excellent. Nothing but great service and can Do attitude. A++ business– will continue to use for future work.

SDPG was professional, creative and timely .They did my website and all of my work shirts .
I appreciate the quality and attention to detail with both projects .
I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the work done right the first time and completed on time.
