Our facility has no stairs or elevators. All of our spaces are ground floor with double-​wide driveways. Just drive up, unlock, unload, lock up and go! We are conveniently located right off the 94 freeway, so we are quickly accessible from everywhere in San Diego! We almost always have move-​in specials, so give us a call!

We pride ourselves for being #1 in Customer Service, but we also offer the best rates in town, no long-​term contracts (everything is month-​to-​month), Digital CCTV Cameras, a resident manager, personally-​coded gate access, and a beautifully maintained property. Stop by and see us!

We have been serving the East County, Spring Valley, and San Diego community for over 30 years and are privately owned and operated so we can always give you the personal service that we all want. We are also a certified E-​waste drop off facility.

History

Back in the 80’s we were one of the first self storage properties in the area. In 1999 we took the existing property that had many many parking spaces on it and expanded our facility to the over 1,100 spaces we have today.

In 2005 we remodeled our offices and are constantly improving the look and feel of our property. Recently we have been working on water-​conserving landscaping by utilizing rock, cactus and succulents within our planters.
