Wow, fast and excellent service. Excellent communication. Our technician, Mike, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We will definitely use Percision in the future and will recommend them to our friends.

These guys are pros. Efficient, high quality work at very competitive costs. From the time of my initial call to the time of completed work including the initial inspection, removing an old furnace, new heat, new ducts, new a/​c, and associated wiring was less than a week. Their cleanup was excellent and we got a new state of the art Nest thermostat. Extremely satisfied! Highly recommend to anyone.

Eddie Campos at Precision Heating and Air is great! HIs crew was fantastic. I had Eddie install a A/​C unit in my home and everything went great! He came out before hand and gave me a bid that was extremely affordable. Normally you expect something to go wrong and then deal with a different price afterwards… NOPE. He did a great job checking everything before writing down a bid he can keep his word to. His crew was fantastic in that they worked swiftly and professionally. They started at 8am (exactly when they said they would start) and got done by 4PM. I work all day and my wife and daughter stayed home. My wife said the crew was nice, respectful and professional.
I have needed professional services in the past and they have all been good; however the work done by Precision Heating & Air was BY FAR the most professional and sincere job I have ever had done for me. I was glad to know they were fully licensed, bonded and insured as well. I does give complete peace of mind.
All this said, I give my FULL recommendation to anyone needing A/​C work to be done at their homes. I will absolutely refer them to any of my family and friends that need this type of work.

I have used Precision Heating and Air Twice. They always fix my problem, and get my A/​C running again in my Dental Office. They also always charge me a fair price. They are a good company with good owners. Try them out.

I paid the Service Tech in cash, including a tip, and forgot to ask for a receipt. BIG mistake. The cash disappeared and now they keep sending me invoices, ignoring my requests for them to investigate.

We hardly used our AC down stair but when it got hot a few weeks ago and we found out that the AC went bad. My realtor agent recommended me Precision Heating & Air. At first I had a bad impression because they were late for my appointment but when I called in, Eddie the boss was pleasant and promised me for a discount of next appointment. He said the traffic was so bad and his guys could not make it. My appointment was 2−4PM, I told him that I took time off from work to have the AC fixed because it was so hot at home. Well, I thought I have to wait until next week but suddenly someone knocked on my door at 6:30PM and there were 2 young men from Precision Heating & Air, they showed up and quickly recognized the problems, fixed them and left my house within 30 minutes. Job well done guys! I was so happy with their services and the next day I personally called the office to say thank you. Absolutely, I will recommend Precision Heating & Air for anyone if AC needed for repair.

Terrible experience! I’d call someone else. Waited home yesterday for the 2 hour time slot I was given & they «No
Showed». I called & asked what happened, gave them the benefit of the doubt & they promised they would send someone today at 12pm since yesterday got messed up. Waited home again today & by 12:20 still no one arrived so I called again. The gal in the office told me on several occasions she’d call me right back or have the owner call which never happened. Can’t imagine doing business with them to install a brand new heating & air unit if they can’t even make it for an estimate.
I originally called them based on their Unilocal reviews & also neighbors who had used them & posted on the NextDoor website.

These people suck. The guy did a total rig on my ac unit that is leaking. Call someone else because they suck.

Last year, I decided to go with Precision Heating & Air after working with them for some A/​C unit and duct installation at work. Glad I did! Eddie is a great, easy-​going, and very knowledgeable! He came out on a weekend for the consult and I was pleased with his quote and turnaround time. His crew was fast, friendly, and professional. They even found a small gas leak from my water heater during the installation and fixed it for me! The few times I’ve needed to call for service, Nick has been able to come out right away and quickly determine and fix the problem.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professional, reasonable HVAC work!

I just had an entire new A/​C system installed, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision. I will be the first to admit that I am not the easiest customer to work with, with my work schedule and availability (or lack thereof), yet they were very accommodating. Everyone that I met was very courteous and knowledgeable; my impression was that they enjoy and take pride in what they do and are very well trained in their field. I was especially impressed with the owner, Eddie, who really went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure that I was happy with the service. I would be quick to recommend Precision Heating & Air to my family and friends.

So I called late Tuesday around 7pm to leave a message since they closed at 5pm, and just to my luck Bianca answered to assist me without a problem. Talk about going the extra mile!
I told her I just needed someone to come by service my dads AC unit since he hasn’t used it in a few years, and Bianca was able to send someone first thing Friday morning like I requested, so that’s another plus for me. Not only did the technician (didn’t get his name) show up on time, but he did fantastic work when servicing the unit. He even fixed one of our vents free of charge.
I’d recommend Precision to anyone looking for affordable and reliable AC service in the Paradise Hills area.

Great company to work with, honest and straight forward. Eddie and his guys are efficient, clean and friendly. I would hire them for any job in the future and highly recommend this company. They installed a new residential furnace to replace our old one and they updated and connected another one at the last minute. Very fair priced and quality workmanship.

Eddie and his crew are really great! They worked with us getting our vents installed into our store. Eddie was able to explain what they were doing as well as work within our budget.

Eddie and his team are AWESOME! Very fair, Great work, and cleaned up after themselves. As a small business owner, it is difficult to gauge which companies can help us within our budget, yet, provide reliable service. Our general contractor highly recommended Eddie Campos, whom he uses for his heating and air projects. Eddie did not disappoint. He was professional, courteous, and easy to work with; he listened to our concerns and requests regarding our project, and custom tailored a roof top heating and A/​C system for our small house which saved valuable ground level square footage.
We live on the coast and have noisy nearby neighbors and nearby vacation rental properties. Now with central heating and air we no longer have to put up with our noisy neighbors while inside the house. The quality of life improvement from this home upgrade has been immeasurable and priceless and well worth the cost of the system and installation. Our family now has suburban level quiet and privacy on the beach for a nominal increase in monthly electricity.
If we had to do it again, we would have called up Eddie and Precision Air much sooner. With the weather cooling, we do not run our AC as often but keep the fan running frequently so we get fresh filtered air in the house. This has cut down immensely on the fine dust that would settle on surfaces from grime in the air and from a nearby busy road, saving on cleaning expenses. We have found that having fresh filtered air with closed windows also promotes better sleep, which again, is priceless.
