Such an awesome place! Monica, the owner is the sweetest woman ever! She genuinely loves dogs and it shows. She lets the dogs play with each other while they wait and they all look so happy. She made my chihuahua/​terrier look beautiful and put a cute little bandanna on her too ;-) Very impressed and I WILL be back!

Love this place! Monica is great with the dogs and is always so nice. I’ve seen some reviews for this place that don’t reflect how great it really is– they’re mostly concerning employees that don’t work there anymore. They just got done with a remodel and the place looks great.

Highly recommend! Our black lab has a ton of hair and always looks great after her summer cut. Super customer service and very friendly.

I take my dog Nala here regularly for grooming. The owner is friendly, caring and gives Nala not only a fabulous haircut/wash/grooming…but gives here a lot of TLC :). A coulpe times when i did bring in Nala she was looking a hott mess… and Monicadid notmind taking the time to pull out any foxtails/​stickers that had embedded themselves in her coat. My dog is part chow… and thereofre had a thick coat of fur… which made her task quite difficult. She did a great job and even let me know about a few areas on her skin I should be worried about because it appeared the foxtails had gotten under her skin :(. I would definately recommend this place if you want your pet to be showered with love, attention… and kisses :)

My toy poodle was looking a mess, we dropped her off and my chihuahua for nail clippings and wash at this place. To be honest I picked this place because it was a new and I liked the name of it =)
The owner and her young daughter who helped her were both very sweet. Can’t complain about customer service or the place itself because I like that it doesn’t have the caged up feel, she let’s them roam around so that’s cool. But… when it came down to her doggy grooming skills… it didn’t meet our expectations. My poodle’s hair was trimmed, not cut like we asked her to do. We wanted it as low as possible because she gets hot in the summer. Well, needless to say probably won’t be going back for a cut because the trim was uneven and it looked like not much had been done. They did smell good though so that’s a plus, not bow for the female (toy poodle) sad, because she needs one to keep hair out of her face. I will probably go back for quick washes and nail clippings only because I’d rather support a local/​community business than a large chain when I can.

I love this place. The owner is great. My dog loves coming and playing with all the other dogs. She loves to roam free before & after she gets groomed. A great play date!

I take my two dogs here every couple of months to get all dolled up. It’s a small business with great service. The lady who runs it is very nice, runs on schedule, returns call expediently, etc. For two kick me dogs it is $ 80 for haircut, shampoo, nails trimmed, etc.
Overall, she knows how to run a business to keep customers coming back. I moved from Spring Valley almost two years ago, and I still drive the dogs to see her because of the great service.
Minus one star because the pups smell like ‘dog” in a couple of days. I’ve had groomers in the past that make that wretched dog smell stay at bay for at least a week. They don’t get pretty bows/​bandanas all the time either.
