Thank god they fired the old manager. Every time I ordered a Double Cheeseburger I’d get home and open up a single hamburger. It was twice before I called them on it and apparently the old manager liked to cut corners and when my husband walked in the store after receiving 2 single Hamburgers and no third, the girl that worked there looked shocked that he actually came in. The new manager explained what the problem was and gave us new correct food and threw in fries. Always check your bag before you leave. They like to rip people off.

After spending five minutes trying to give my order to a cashier that had no clue what they were doing, I finally thought I would get my food and leave. However, after paying, I realized that the onion rings I had ordered weren’t on the receipt. When I ordered them I saw the item on the screen, which means the cashier put them on the order and then removed them for no reason. I added the onion rings at the second window and was told to pull forward, where I waited for another ten minutes. Upon getting home I realized that the onion rings still weren’t there. They didn’t ask if I wanted any condiments and the service was terrible — I won’t be going back.

Not so happy anymore! Told my friend how good they are here. I said watch this. When you order your two chicken sandwiches if you ask for them to be cooked fresh, they will come out nice and crispy and hot and golden and fresh. She got them for takeout. When she got them home and opened the packages, they were black like hockey pucks so they obviously cooked them twice instead of fresh. I took them back for her. I was going to give them a second chance today. I drove around the store and in the back were four employees smoking away like chimneys! I won’t be back.

This has got to be the worst BK I have ever been to. Constantly screws up the drive through orders. Food is terribly prepared. Employee’s are a joke. I boycotted BK all together after a few visits to this location.
