Well I love Zip’s and go every time I am back home in Spokane. I have even considered opening up a location in Las Vegas! I usually never end up at this Division location and now I know not to go there. My fav Zip’s is actually on Francis; I also like the one on Monroe/Indiana and the one downtown on 3rd. Pretty sure all locations are independently owned and this one is just not as good as it once was when I was a lot younger. I believe this location is open 24⁄7. So 10:30pm/drive-thru. We ordered 2 milkshakes, a hamburger, and a corn-dog. I LOVE Zip’s fry sauce, it really doesn’t get much better. I asked for tarter, fry sauce, and mustard. What we got was a dried out hamburger patty, a corn-dog, and 8 tarter sauces. Mostly all went to waste; I hate wasting anything. No straws for our shakes either… All the way from Las Vegas for fry sauce and didn’t any, lame. Try a different Zips.

The drive-thru should not take 10 minutes when I’m the only one in line.

This place is pretty good. I got the belly buster. It’s a cheeseburger with bacon and ham. It was my first time having ham in my sandwich but it wasn’t bad. It was pretty good actually. Also their crinkle cut fries are really good. This location also has those All in one Coke fountains with 100+ combinations which is pretty cool.

surprised to see so many bad reviews! love it(and weirdly have a lot of fond memories here w/friends). salty and greasy, definitely a fast food burger but also DEFINITELY very good. and if it wouldn’t give me a heart attack I would put their fry sauce on everything.

the girl with the purple pink hair is by far has the worst customer service skills and its obvious her coworkers no she rude if you don’t like your job don’t show up to work. food was gross fries were soggy not golden like all the other cool zips this is the uncool worst zips in history oh and the cold buster with nasty lettuce yum and to top it off a diet pepsi that tasted like a lime soda and when you think the order couldn’t be messed up any more you notice they forgot the napkins I waited at the window and purple pink hair was to busy playing on her cell phone by far this zips is in a good location it will always get a lot of business and usually the other crew does a perfect job but if I were to rate food and customer service of purple pink hair puts this zips in dead last as the worst zips in history

The service was very slow, 5 minute wait for car ahead of us. The look of Zips is outdated and greasy. The food was terrible! The chicken sandwich was not fully cooked, it was a tiny piece of chicken with a few pieces of warm shredded lettuce on an oversized soggy bun. The fries were mediocre and the fry sauce had no flavor, very bland. This was a disappointing experience.

It was almost midnight Saturday, & we were downtown hoping for someplace open and serving food. The yellow sign for Zips that reads«Open 24 hours» was like a sign from heaven. My husband & I debated just going through the drive-thru, but since it was his first time at a Zips we decided to park and go in to peruse the menu at our leisure. I ordered a Belly Buster plain with pickles, & my husband got a Papa Joe. We also got a cup of water for our friend waiting out in the van. They didn’t charge us for it — I mention this because I’ve seen some reviews that complained about them charging for a cup of water. It took a couple minutes for them to bring our food out, since it had to be freshly cooked. In the meantime, since the cashier had gone to help cook the food, a customer came in & was wondering if they were still open. Apparently that customer had missed the big ’24 hours’ part of the sign. I checked my burger before we left — it was exactly how I’d ordered it. I ate it in the van, & it was deliciously salty from the pickles and bacon and everything. It was a greasy sodium bomb, just the way I like it.

I’ll start by saying I love Zip’s and never dreamed I’d be writing a negative review on any of their restaurants, but this Zip’s was awful. I felt like I was at a movie theater. They charge you for water and it’s 95 degrees out. Then came the food: bad tarter, sub-par burger, and soggy fries. I will NEVER eat at this Zip’s again and I advise you not to until the owner makes some changes. Also, I always recommend this place to out-of-towners, but from here on out, I’ll tell them to stay away from the one on Division and Sinto.

I got a regular ketchup must with pickles American burger for $ 1.90, it was ok nothing special but was open later than most restaurants on the strip. Price was cheap service started off not friendly but it was late and ended on a happier note think she thought I was cute or maybe she had a sudden urge for hot chocolate j/k.

No air conditioning. Strike one. No napkins, you have to ask for them. Strike two. If you want water, you’ll need to buy a cup for get this a DOLLARFIFTY. Strike three and you’re out. Second time I’ve had a bad experience here. I’ll NEVER go back.

Cashier was extremely rude. They messed up my burger – how hard is it to do JUST pickles? I asked for a cup of water. She informed me that is $ 2.00 A bottle is $ 1.75 or what not, a large soda is $ 2.25 A 8oz plastic cup is $ 2.00?!? Are you insane? The food was fast but it wasn’t anything worth bragging about. The bacon was over cooked and completely flavorless… how can bacon, a staple of americana cuisine NOT taste like bacon? Aside from the flavorless food, the cashier was just a royal btch so I’ll never go back.

This place is like Burgermaster style but less focus on breakfast coffee etc. You have to try as this seems a local chain.

They are a bit pricey for what they serve and the size of their burger is kind of small. The burgers are not top quality and only slightly above McDonalds burgers. The most redeeming quality about this place is the giant bucket of tots or fries for only like 4 bucks. Drive thru was terrible so I would definitely recommend going in to be served.

My first time at Zips was OK. It’s nothing to rave about. The regular cheeseburger was about the size of a McDonald’s cheeseburger, except the bun was slightly fatter. The crinkle fries was just OK, a bit over-salted for my taste. The guy at the drive-up window was very friendly, so I give it an average rating of 3.

I was staying in Spokane recently and kept seeing people with zips. «What is a ‘zips?’» i would ask them… and I was told they were a burger place with the best tartar sauce around. I had to try it. I drove from my hotel and went through the drive thru. They were fast! So the burger was ok; a little plain for me but the tartar sauce!!! It was so good! It went perfect with the fries. And it just hit the spot. I really want to try their milkshakes next time I go. Let me explain about the burger though. I’m the kind of person that likes alot of extras on my burger. This one was just their normal cheeseburger and it had pickles, mustard, ketchup, and cheese. Much too plain for my taste. Oh well…

Zip’s was the best burger I had in Spokane. The size and price were just right, and the fries were delicious. Again, it’s fast-food, so you can’t be expecting the meal of a life-time, but definitely a DELICIOUS burger. I’ve heard they’re notorious for being SLOW at the drive-through, but we went inside right at lunch time, and service was extremely quick — so maybe you save time by going inside? Who woulda thought?

Zip’s claims it has«world famous» tartar sauce. Even though you can’t find Zip’s outside of Eastern Washington and possibly Idaho. The tartar sauce goes great with the tub o’ fries. And it’s damn fine tartar too. It’s actually tart not sweet like how the Southerners make it. If you’re really bold try the Dog Goner aka Homo/Homer Buster. It’s a hamburger/hotdog hybrid that only the bold and insane eat.
