We called Spokane Overhead Door Friday morning ⁶⁄₂₀ to inquire about repair /​replacement of our garage door motor. They were quick to answer the phone and answer our questions. We scheduled a visit for the same day later that afternoon. The crew arrived as expected and gave a quick appraisal of the situation. Due to a broken spring, the existing motor overworked itself to the point of failure. We would need a new pair of springs along with a new garage door motor. For reference, our existing garage door parts were +14 years old. So I guess it was time.
The Crew was able to install a new pair of springs, a Liftmaster 8355 belt drive motor with keyless entry and smartphone remote, along with super quiet nylon ball bearing rollers on the same visit. They were quick and professional in their assessment and installation. Start to finish was less than a couple hours. Such short notice service was beyond my expectations.
I have never had a door that operates so quietly and unobtrusively. I love the keyless entry! And the smartphone remote keeps me from having to turn around every time I ‘forget’ whether the door is open or closed. I can even open and close it from my smartphone and Liftmaster sends instant notifications to my phone when the door opens/​closes according to the parameters that I set.
