I ordered an item through
, this company was scheduled to make the final delivery. I had arranged for the item to be left outside, which the delivery driver and receptionist both agreed to prior. 30 minutes prior to my delivery my delivery driver called and I reminded him that we will not be there and to please leave the item in the driveway. When I got home the item was not in the driveway. I called the driver who told me he could not leave the package because it was an apartment complex and there was no where to leave it. I told him I lived in a single family as we had discussed 30 minutes prior. I don’t know why he would not have called and said he couldn’t leave it? Or thought he might be at the wrong address since I told him I have a big driveway since I am a single family home? Regardless he was very rude and hung up on me when I was trying to talk to him on what I needed to do to get the item delivered. I have also made a complaint to
. Hopefully they stop using this service! If you want to avoid a hassles and headache just use someone reliable.

Same issues as everyone else here — we purchased an expensive item via

First, our delivery date was re-​scheduled, without our confirmation, to a date we were going to be out of town. After some challenges reaching the company, we were able to confirm a new date.
We live in a neighborhood with a lot of package thefts, which we shared with the company, so we needed to wait at home on the scheduled delivery date (which was confirmed via email). Eight hours later — no package and no way of reaching anyone at the company.
Avoid any retailer sending your products via this company.

This company is a JOKE! We purchased a bed from
and this was the delivery Company they used. They were supposed to call and set up a delivery time. Never happened, had to make several calls finally they want to set the delivery for between 8 and 1 on a Tuesday. This is the only window they have for our area. After telling them several times this could never be done on a Tuesday before 9, we would never be able to do that, they said they would call before they came out. They did not. I missed them by minutes and was told they could not deliver for another week. They would also not let me talk to an owner and were so rude!!! We cancled our order. On what planet is this businesses model acceptable??? None

It went from sloppy to threatening. This company was hired by a company #1 that was hired by the store I bought a chair from. The store said company #1 was going to deliver. Company #1 said it was ready to go. When I called to schedule they made me call CBC. CBC would not call me back. When I finally got a hold of them a WEEK later, they said they did not have the chair. This goes on for almost 3 weeks. Today it was finally delivered. I had paid $ 65 to the store for «white glove» service to have the chair put in place, and have the packaging materials removed. I had to argue with these guys to get it in my doorway… which is where they refused to go any further (blocking the door). They wanted me to sign for delivery, but I refused because it was still in the box and I wanted to make sure it was even my chair. At this request they got rude and angry saying they were under a timeline! I finally got a box cutter and verified my chair. They wanted me to sign the document that asked if the product was unharmed, etc. I refused because it hadn’t been fully unpacked. They were getting very angry. I was by myself and feeling slightly threatened, so I noted that they refused to let me inspect the item on the invoice and signed it to get them off my property! Seriously? The store claims they are in the process of refunding my $ 65. We will see.

This company was hired by another shipping company to handle the final delivery and setup of a TV. They were supposed to call me when they had the TV to make an appt. Instead, I called them after tracking the TV and seeing that they had it for 4 days already. They told me it would be «at least a week» before they could deliver it! I said «no way, you’ve had the TV for 4 days and haven’t even called me.» So they say they can do it in 2 days, between 12 and 4pm. Well, you know what happened — no one shows by 4pm. I call, they say the truck had problems and they are behind, maybe 1 – 1.5more hrs. When they arrive 1.5hrs later, I asked the guy and he said they got a ticket yesterday for a broken light and had to get it fixed today — that’s why they’re late. Soooooooo… you knew that the truck was in for maintenance, never called to tell me or reschedule AND MADE ME WAIT 5.5 HOURS?
