If no star was an option I would do it. The staff here is so rude and inconsiderate. I usually would come in for how inexpensive the kids meals are, and I have never gotten crap from a bruchis about ordering it and not being a «kid» but this bruchis ALWAYS try’s to refuse my order. How do they know I’m not ordering it for my child or younger sibling? Don’t waste your time here.

I had the full salad with turkey. That would have been sufficient but I also had half a sandwich(Cuban). Mmmmmm! Love it! Love it! This is now a favorite place for this Paisan to get a delicious, fresh salad.

This location is about par for the course as compared with other Bruchi’s I have been to, with one notable exception. This place is definitely showing some wear. Floors look a bit old and dingy, and grill hood area looks really greasy. However, as I heard once in a commercial long ago, you can’t eat pretty. What you CAN eat here is a big helping of yummy grilled cheesesteak on a great tasting roll. Having lived in Philadelphia, the birthplace of this happy concoction, I think I can say what a «authentic» cheesesteak is supposed to taste like. Bruchi’s comes pretty close as a franchise, an this location keeps up the standard. Staff here is really friendly, upbeat attitude and smiles all around. And unlike some Bruchi’s I have frequented, they knock your sandwich out fast here. Some locations seem so slow I wanna jump across the counter, grab the spatula, and do it myself, but they zip through it here. I do think their prices have gotten really high, but I guess that is the state of things anymore. Overall, solid experience, worth the stop if you are nearby.

This location has the best cheesesteaks in town — spacious location, cleanliness, and service are also the best. Maybe being near Whitworth is the difference? Prices are fair, and you can order half-portions. Free refills on soda. I never go away hungry.

Waaaay too expensive for a cheesesteak! It’s a 8⁄10 for the food but not worth the price. There are cheaper steaks for a better meat. I want my money back!

As other reviewers have noted this Bruchi’s is the best of all the one’s I have ever been to — in fact it’s now the only one I will go into because the service, food and cleanliness are all superior here. Plus there is a piece of eye candy that hopefully still works there, I hope my gf doesn’t read this. Anyhow they make their cheese steaks right, the value is there and boy do you get filled up on their food. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my son who lives in PA there for a bite to eat, I think he would wholly approve.

This Bruchi’s is fabulous. The food is outstanding(chicken cheesesteak!), the staff is very friendly, the restaurant has lots of seating and is always clean. My favorite is the ½ and ½ — half a sub, and half of a spinach salad. Insanely good.

New to town, I was happy to find this place open on New Years day do to avoid grocery shopping and unpacking for a few more hours. The«steak supreme» sandwich with peppers, mushrooms and cheese was delicious. The staff was friendly. Prices are very reasonable, just under $ 7 for the 6in sandwich & med drink. Definitely a great value. There is currently a French dip special that I didn’t see until I’d placed my order. Will definitely be returning to try that.

I have been to the E. Sprague location and N. Divison by Northtown mall many times. I have always had great service, and GREAT steak sandwiches. The sandwiches are better than most restaurants. I order cheese steak sandwiches 80% of the time they are offered and Bruchi’s is consistently my favorite.

of all the Bruchi franchises in town, this one is probably my favorite. They have cheaper prices than the others and lots of seating. Never a bad cheesesteak or sub from this place. It does get kind of crowded for lunch time. They have a friendly staff. This is probably where I fell in love with the cheesesteak(probably until I visit Philly) This is probably how I judge other cheesesteak sammich places. I usually get the Cuban(only other Cuban sammich I’ve had better was in NYC and a Cuban restaurant in Orlando) or the cheesesteak sammich. The bread has to be in-house made, because its consistant everytime. The bread, beef, and cheese area always above par and make a harmony of cocauphany(sp?)in your mouth. Mmmm… makes my mouth water just writing this review…

Very, very yummy! I’d recommend the chicken malibu(chicken, ham, pineapple, provolone) or bacon cheeseburger steak(paper-thin beef with cheddar and just a hint of bacon). Their spinach salad is delicious too. I order a large and have it split wrapped because the chicken malibu is even better when it’s reheated. Weird, I know. Trust me. BTW: make sure you have lots of napkins and do NOT eat in your car, I guarantee, it is impossible to eat Bruchi’s without getting some on yourself. ;-)

Bruchis is the best philly cheese steak chain restaurant in Washington state I’ve ever been to. It is unfortunately only on the east side of the state. They have a surprisingly diverse selection of subs and cold cuts. They also have a hot sauce rack with over 20 kinds of hot sauce. My personal favorite is the Thai chicken cheese steak. It’s also 10% off for college students
