Cher and Charlie married in 2012, after meeting on a blind date. They quit their jobs and sold the house in Green Bay WI and moved to NC in May 2012.

My uncle, my friend and myself had the most amazing lunch experience ever! Cher welcomed us «Triple D’s» and made us feel right at home. «Go Bears!» Pushpins on the map from our hometowns now — so cool! Looking forward to many more visits to CC’s!

Tremendous place with incredible food. Though the Italian beef I had was my very first the Chicago an with me assured it it was «right». Cher is friendly and welcoming and the prices are great for lunch. I’ll be in again.

The Italian Beef is flavorful and has a perfect ratio of meet, bun and cheese. I elected for no peppers. Very pleased with the meal. They brought a sample of the beef vegetable soup and I will definitely be getting that in the future. Free ice cream with purchases over $ 20.00 on Saturdays. A must for Rutherford county. I will say that the least favorite thing I have tried here is the hot dog so step out of the comfort zone and try a Chicago sandwich

I grew up around Chicago and long for the Italian beef I can only find there. CC’s has it!!! It’s the real deal! The bread, beef and jardinier make me want to drive twenty miles for more. Cher and Charlie are totally into good Chicago food and great conversation. Thank you for coming south!

Walked in and was greeted by the very friendly owner. She took plenty of time to tell us all of our options and gave us samples of the hot dog soup (amazing, by the way). The chili cheese dog was great, loaded with toppings and messy as hell, the only way to eat a chili cheese dog. The onion rings were fried to crispy perfection and the portion was generous. We got a free brownie because it was Tuesday, and that was properly moist and chewy. I don’t know if they’re home made or pre-​made, but I don’t care because it was delicious. Basically, if you drive past CC’s and don’t go inside for a dog, you are dumb and your taste buds will regret it.

Wow, I’ve been praying a Chicago style sandwich shop would open here. Had the Chicago dog and it was as if I was home. My wife had the polish sausage made with same ingredients and it was just as good. Can’t wait to go back and try the Italian beef!
