Jet Plumbing Heating & Drain Service

This is the worst company I have been in contact with. The office manager as well as the receptionist are rude and completely unprofessional and should be fired.

Called them and they came out. Water was still going through the drains when they came. 2 hours after they came the whole house backed up. I called right back and was told there was no warranty for their service and they would come back but it would be cost the same amount again. The problem was made worse and no warranty. A

I had a leak from the back of my refrigerator. I stopped by their shop, @1120am. They said someone should contact me around 12 – 2, to get the job done. A nice guy, Tom showed up to my door at 1145, and had everything fixed by 1230. Great service, great experience, and they have a future customer in me.$ 88 for the hour of labor and $ 30 for the parts. They made my day

Super friendly guy worked on my heater furnace! He corrected what Sierra Air messed up and explained everything in way more detail! He also swapped the filter out for a better one for free! Will definitely be using your services again!

Called Monday morning and they had someone out by 2PM to fix my broken water shut-​off valve which was preventing my hot water for my kitchen sink… Paul fixed it in no time (and also double checked my husbands dishwasher installation). He also let my husband watch and gave him tips for next time he breaks something… ;-) ha…

The five stars started when I told the girl on the phone that my water heater was not working. She said we would get a same day service call. She called back to let me know the service tech was on his way. Frank diagnosed the problem and ran to the shop to get the parts needed and returned to finish the job of repairing my water heater. Frank also patiently explained everything he was doing to my very inquisitive husband. Awesome. You would think so too if you were without hot water and considering staying in a hotel until it was fixed.
I had actually called a different, well rated, company but after I left a voicemail they did not return my call. It was noon when I abandoned them and called Jet. Thank you sooooo much Jet for taking a late call and still getting it done.

I have a leak from the expansion tank. I called Jet and they stated they would be there between 1500 – 1700 hrs., A little after 1700 hrs. I called Jet to get an update. Jet stated that they are a bit behind and forgot to call me. When the technician arrived and saw the hole in my expansion tank he then said he didn’t have one on his vehicle. He called dispatch to have them make sure they got one from Sparks the next morning. I was then told that a technician would be at my house between 1100 – 1300 hrs. I received a call from Jet this morning saying they can’t get an expansion tank and would out Monday to take care of the problem. That is not acceptable. Now they are trying to make good and stated they will be out here between 1200 – 1400 hrs. I am a retired fire fighter and the way Jet is doing business would be like me going to a fire without water. Not prepared.
Paul the same tech got here to replace the tank. He stated that dispatch had called to see if they could come out Monday seeming I was not an emergency. That would not work cause I would not be home. Emergency or not if the tank would have been available Friday they wouldn’t have to come out Saturday. Paul was nice and took some money off the bill… Thanks Paul

I’ve used Jet Plumbing a couple of times now and have been REALLY pleased with their quick service and fair pricing. Recently, my boiler went out. I was afraid I’d need a new one. Their technician came out, fixed the problem, serviced the boiler, and got me back to a warm house!

I Was really impressed with the service we received today from this company. Our plumber’s name was Frank, he was friendly, helpful and professional. I believe we have ourselves a new company to call in our time of need. I definitely recommend this service.

These guys came over within 20 minutes of calling! Fast and efficient and prices were great! Would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t believe it has taken me this long to write a review for JET. I have used them at my previous residence to replace a pressure tank and repair toilets. They’ve done work at my new place installing water lines for appliances and repairing showers.
I’ve also recommended them to friends, family, and co-​workers all of whom have been very pleased. They show up when they say and complete the job. I trust them to do a great job and to access my house if I’m not available. Everyone I have worked with there has been nothing but friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. Plumbing issues are never an easy thing to deal with but they make the process as customer friendly as possible. 5 stars for sure!

Service was exceptional faster than I expected, very nice and about half the price I was thinking it would cost to fix our sink. Would recommend them to anyone!

This company came highly recommended by friends. I had a leak in my circulation pump on a Sunday and Jet was able to send someone out within 2 hours. The extra cost for coming out on a weekend was more than reasonable and saved me peace of mind and time off work should I have had to wait until later in the week. These will be my new go-​to plumbers!

We’ve used Jet Plumbing twice in the past year. Once for a leaking bathtub faucet and the other was a catastrophic flood in the basement. Both times they were super professional over the phone, got someone out right away and quickly fixed the problem. Their guys are friendly and very good at communicating what the problem is and the best way to fix it. They are the guys we refer to all our friends.

The guy was gagging and cursing as he cleared the drian. Made me feel bad for having a backup, wasn’t my fault the home I just got had old copper pipes. Backup was fixed however backed up again a couple days later. I called Rapid Rooter, not only were they more professional but also cheaper and this time it hasn’t backed up again they said Jet didn’t snake far enough down… will NEVER use these fake plumbers again

We’ve used Jet Plumbing on three separate occasions, two of them separated by years, yet they already had all our information on file. The staff was courteous over the phone and the technicians are polite and knowledgeable, not at all condescending as some professionals can be. They are our «go to» for plumbing. Great people to work with.

All work was done via a home warranty. Personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. All the work done was completed on time and with a high level of workmanship. Brad and Didi (sp) are great to work with! Would highly recommend.

Fast service. Completed the repair in a fast– time frame. Very polite and professional. Will do more business with this company :)

Amazing service by Larry, Tommy, Billy, Rick AND Jake. They worked with us to figure out how to re-​open our business ASAP. They responded quickly and informed us of all available options regardless of their profit line. Our staff would still be temporarily unemployed and our business closed if it was not for this great crew!

We had these guys come out to help us get our gas dryer hooked up at a home we’re moving into. First, they were 3 hours late. It’s cold out and they’re busy so I’m okay with that– but they didn’t call at all, they were just late. It took them about 5 minutes tops to hook the dryer up to the gas line but they couldn’t fully install it because I didn’t have a vent– and they didn’t bring one. Given they knew they were installing a dryer I would think they’d come with this handy.
I next asked them to please look at 2 other items in our home– a leaky faucet and a clogged toilet. The plumbers (there were 2) told me that «they were on a tight schedule,» and had only come out to look at the dryer. This was pretty laughable given that they were 3 hours late! They said they could do it «only if it was quick.» So they head into the bathroom and after looking at the toilet say «it probably just needs a plunger…» again, they didn’t have this equipment handy (nor did I since I’m in the process of moving into this house). A plumber with no plunger– really!
So I’m thinking third try will be a charm– the leaky sink in the kitchen. They spend a half-​second turning it on and off and then say «probably the cartridge. you should just replace the faucet.» I’m thinking at this point that they probably didn’t have any tools or spare parts to really assess what was wrong or fix it so didn’t bother asking any questions.
I would definitely not use Jet for any type of service again.
