Office staff (I have met one person) is always nice. The Yard is fenced and has a code for entry and exit. We have had no problems. It was easy and pretty quick to set up service. Not a ton of paperwork. We pay 40.00 a month for an inside (smallish) storage area. It has been freshly painted in the hall. There is a little cart to use to bring your items in and out.
I have no complaints. Im a little picky so I would like to see things like the tape taken off after painting. That is just me.
