Automated Rain Sprinklers & Landscapes

My husband and I bought a house that was a bank owned property so it already had a lawn put in that was completely dead from not being watered.
We had Automated Rain come and do our lawn for us and it’s basically a train wreck. We are pretty sure they put the sod right over the top of the old sod without even checking to make sure the previous landscapers had leveled the ground. Our front yard looks horrible. Hills and dips on what is supposed to be a level yard.
I called them and explained what the problem was and they said they’d come and take a look. Never did and I’m pretty sure they’re not ever going to because this was about a year ago.
We wasted thousands of dollars and we are going to lose even more because now we have to have someone else come and redo our yard. What a waste!
