Burger King

We went for breakfast, I ordered my husband a large and myself a small. The woman taking our order was absolutely horrible. Beyond rude. I tried joking with her to lighten her mood. Nothing, not even a smile. I get hating your job, but do NOT take it out on customers. Anyway, we get our food and get home to find out it’s cold and we received 2 smalls, not the small and large I paid for. Only $ 2 in difference sure, but is it really that hard to get an order right? I ended up giving my husband my sides because he was more hungry than myself. Save yourself some time and head to Jack in the Box or McDonalds instead.

I ordered food they gave me something else my first clue should have been that they didn’t give me my receipt and rushed me along my way when I got home and realized the food as well I tried to call and make a complaint and was upset that they made my food wrong and she offered to refund it if I was willing to come in and I told her I could not come back in and she said that there’s nothing that she could do and I said well they need to work on making the food correctly and this wouldn’t be an issue and she hung up just stop talking and hung up

Haven’t been to this location in years, and I doubt I’ll EVER be back! Just stopped in the other day because I had a coupon from the mail for a 10-​piece chicken nugget and large fries for $ 3. Decent deal. So, the gal at the drive-​thru takes my order and give me the ol’ «I’ll have your total at the window» because apparently this was the first time she has ever sold a $ 3 item or something! Come on, lady, you should either KNOW the total OR ring it up!!! Oh well, not the end of the world. THAT came when I pulled up to the window! OMG, this chick was simply about the rudest, snottiest person I’ve ever found at any drive-​thru! She started by not having the slightest bit of a sense of humor. I kind of joked with her as I was counting my coins to give her the correct 26 cents for the tax. All she did was give me a dirty look. Apparently she wasn’t in the joking mood. Then she gave me a dirty look again when she handed me my change… AND SHORTED ME! This girl apparently does NOT know how to count OR does NOT know how to run a register, because it doesn’t take a rocket scientist or a degree in Calculous to figure out that when an order comes to $ 3.26 and the customer hands you $ 5.26, their change is $ 2… but SHE gave me $ 1.80!!! WHAT THE HECK? Then, as expected, when I said «UMMM, you owe me 20 cents!» she gave me that dirty look again! THREE DIRTY LOOKS FROM THE SAME RUDE GIRL in less than a few minutes! All of a sudden she snaps at me «I need that coupon!». I replied «I need my correct change! I gave you $ 5.26 so my change should be $ 2, not $ 1.80!». I think she had to go find a calculator or a manager to help her do the math, because it took another minute or two to come back with my 20 cents! Geez, BK, get people with a friendly, outgoing demeanor to work with your customers! Put that girl with the blue streaks in her hair back on the grill where she doesn’t have to count or deal with customers! We don’t deserve stupidity or rudeness. I’m so sorry I only spent $ 3 plus tax. It wasn’t MY fault Burger King put out those coupons! But don’t worry, I’ll NEVER come back to the Burger Kind on Mountain Highway in front of the Fred Meyer grocery store again as long as I’m on this planet!
AND, to no surprise, THIS LOCATION won’t even come up on the drop-​down menu when you try to contact
to share your experience! The only BK that comes up in Spanaway is 166^th & Pacific Ave, NOT this one!

rude server got our order wrong, food was not very good at all, everything was cold and stale.

Average Burger King food with less than average service. There was one kid Austin that was always super friendly but whenever he wasn’t there the service was horrible. The manager seems like the root of the problem. Even being served directly by her was unpleasant.

DO NOT COME HERE! AVOID! I ordered 10 nugget deal they have, I posted the pic of it if you order more then 2 sauce with you 10 nuggets, they will charge you .25 cents per one, if you get a 4 piece and order more then 1 sauce with it, its a .25 charge– now they have changed their package of the sauce, and its you get just enough sauce that you can have 2 ½ nuggets with sauce per sauce container! THIS IS BULLSHIT! I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS BK AGAIN! And if this is a nation wide thing as the MGR tried to claim I am NEVER GOING TO A BK again! I think thats BS anyway as this BK will charge you .25 cents for each tomato on your sandwich if it doesnt come with tomatoes (ANd there tomatoes are bland anyway!) and went to another BK and they didn’t charge extra for tomatoes! THIS BURGER KING SUCKS!!! THEY’VE LOST A CUSTOMER!
BTW I finished off the other 5 nuggets using a Wendy’s sauce they gave me the other night (WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES BTW!) and their One container did what Burger Kings 2 containers did, with some sauce left over!

It’s Burger King so it’s ok at best if you want to make it great add salt pepper and Worcestershire sauce to your patties and be delighted.

Just got home (½mile-​ish) from the drive thru and, again my fries are cool, hard re-​fried Fries… absolutely unacceptable!
It would have been very timely, as the rest of my order… two original chicken sandwiches –lettuce, one with mayo and onion only… and a whopper jr. w/​cheese w/​o onion, were ALL Special orders… C’mon folks, get it together!
The Manager needs to be spanked!

This BK has it going on! Staff is younger but seems well trained. Only had one problem with our food. However the managaer fixed it quicky.

I’ve only been to this establishment once. Food was good and quick, staff was nice.

This Burger King must have a special turbo windmill which wafts the smell of their food into the Fred Meyer/​Rite Aid parking lot. Every time I shop at one of those stores I am enticed by the smell but seldom go inside. That probably has to do with the not-​so-​great memories of working at BK when I was 16. But today I conquered my fears and went inside. The help here is SLOW. Waited four minutes (or more) at the counter before I finally asked the manager if someone was working the register. She replied that they were on break and then walked away! Finally someone came up and took my order. The food was good; french fries, onion rings and cheeseburger completed my lunch order. (The fries were for someone else) The price was also reasonable. Other than the bad service I was satisfied.

Three stars because, like at all fast food joints, everything is undoubtedly loaded with growth hormones, MSG, saturated fat and whatever else they feel like slipping under the FDA’s regulations.
Aside from that, no kid has ever gotten sick after a romp in the play area, and they make everything –when– you order it. As far as franchised obesity goes, it’s good.
