Stopping in the day after Christmas, only 1 person in store. Waited over 3 min to be helped. Everyone was standing around talking to each other. I Ordered My Food with Coupons, amount didn’t seem right, had to ask twice to check if coupon was added, it was not. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches asked for BBQ sauce told it was going to charge extra. Very unhappy with customer service and food was cold and nasty.

This is a new Burger King looks nice and modern inside. To bad the food isn’t, my burger was dry and the cheese wasn’t even melted wont be back still haven’t found a burger king that’s tastes any good

By far the worse Burger King I’ve ever went too! The lady told me since I didn’t have any nuggets I would have to pay for all my sauces. I’ve never heard that before I always go to the Burger King on mountain highway and they give me as much sauce as I want! Also They forgot to give us a ice coffee we paid for and I called the store about 2 – 3 times no one answered so I went back up there & the«manager» handed me the coffee I told her I wanted a bigger size since I had to come a the way back & she just kept saying here’s the one you paid for no sorry or anything… they have terrible customer service. I worked in fast food for over a year and I guess I just have higher expectations… but these people no nothing about the customer is always right! I will never go to this Burger King again… I wouldn’t give any starts but I had to do one… If you want excellent service I suggest the mountain highway Burger King !

This Burger King appeared to be owned by the same man as the one in Bethel Station. It was conveniently nearby but service was bad. Food was average at best. I’m surprised Burger King corporate allows this owner to run their business.

Welcome to the new Burger King in Spanaway and quite possibly the worst BK that I have ever visited. I waited over fifteen minutes in the drive thru for a large coffee and a small onion ring(Which cost $ 4.03, which I thought was rather steep). Once at the window, I asked for zesty sauce and was barked at by the window witch who proceeded to bark at me, «WHAT…» No apologies for the wait or rude behavior. Just a demand to see my receipt(I guess they couldn’t keep track of the four orders that were waiting behind me). As I left, I looked at my coffee(Now cold) and saw so many coffee grounds floating on top. I realize that this store just opened three days ago but c’mon! I guess I am fortunate that I don’t frequent the greasy food of fast food often. But when I do get a crave from time to time it will not be this store.
