I have hired these people three times and every time it takes five or six phone calls to complete the work. They promise to complete the work and come back and never do unless I call and call finally it done. They take down great big trees and yet can’t complete the job. I have worked with them three time over three years.

It is rare that you find a business that emphasizes total customer satisfaction. Alpine Tree Service is about as good as it gets. Jeremy, who is a certified arborist came over on time to the minute to give me a quote. He did not try to up-sell me. He spent a lot of time briefing me on the various tree’s we had on our property and he discouraged me from wanting to ravage a tree that was extremely healthy. He gave me an extremely fair price. I received one other quote. He came over with his guys to do the work. He outlined for them exactly what we agreed to do and then he left to supervise other jobs. His crew, led by Martin was fantastic. We have a pool. They covered the pool and took down a whole tree right over the pool. I watched the whole tree cutting. I was amazed at the care they took to safeguard themselves and to not damage the pool. They were absolute true professionals and extremely hard working. Jeremy came over twice to check on the progress. I really wasn’t expecting them to clean up as much as they did. They actually did a better job of cleaning up then the lawn service company we use. If I could give 6 stars I would have. They were a joy to work with!!! Use them, you won’t be disappointed.

About a month ago, I used Alpine Tree Service to remove some dead trees and limbs and to trim a couple trees on our property. The tree guy I had been using for the last several years seems to have gone out of business, so I had to get someone new. I had noticed that one of my neighbors had used Alpine a couple months ago, and read great reviews for them on Angie’s List(can I say that on Unilocal?!). Anyway, when I first called to get the ball rolling with a quote, the nice person that answered the phone told me that it would be about a week before someone could call me back and come out to see what needed to be done because they were so busy right now with all the dead tree removals people were calling about. It wasn’t like I needed to have the trees removed that day or anything, so I(skeptically thinking that no one would call) said OK. Well, six days later Jeremy called and we scheduled a time to meet two days later on a Wednesday(he could have come Tuesday, but I had something else scheduled). On the appointed day, Jeremy called to give me a heads up that he was on his way over(thanks!) and arrived right on time. We walked around and I pointed out the dead trees that I had marked with colored tape, showed him the dead branches that I wanted removed on some other trees, and pointed out a couple trees that needed a little trimming. I mentioned to him that I would probably have to schedule the work to be done sometime late June or early July since a landscaping project was starting in our back yard the following week and Jeremy asked if I would like to have the work done tomorrow. Huh?! He said that he thought he could move a couple things around and have a crew for me the next day. He checked the schedule and called me back about an hour after he left and it was a go. Essentially, I hired them for the whole day. Their prices for this time of year(peak time for tree service) are a bit high, but their work day on your property is 8AM to 6PM(at least this time of year). They also have a much better day rate November through February, which is when we normally have our regular tree trimming done anyway. The dead trees were ugly and they’re dangerous so the work needed to be done before fall and we bit the proverbial price bullet. Long story short — They did an excellent, professional job. They cleaned up as they went by chipping, raking, using the leaf blower, etc. Our property, including hardscape, was much cleaner than before they came. We also took the mulch from our trees that they chipped and they were nice enough to drop it from the truck in multiple piles(instead of in one big pile that would have taken forever to spread around). I highly recommend Alpine Tree Service. It’s not often that you find a company that goes the extra mile, does what they say they’re going to do and then some, AND follows up! I will definitely be using them again.

We have used Alpine Tree Service twice since we have lived in our current home. This week Alpine trimmed about 60 trees for us, removing the deadwood, grapevine, and raising the canopies off the roof. They also removed about 10 trees and ground the stumps. Jeremy Patterson(certified arborist) explained exactly what would be done and checked in with the crew and us several times each day. The crew showed up when scheduled and cleaned up meticulously as they worked through the yard.

Used Alpine on the recommendation of three neighbors. They took care of every tree on my property. Massive trimming and removal of five dead or dying trees. They ground the stumps as well. They did a super job. Now there is more sunlight getting to the grass and plants in back which should make all healthier.
