This place deserves MINUS 100 stars!!! Dishonest employees and owners! Beware DO NOT take your car here. I took my car in for a oil change that I had purchased on groupon. They did the oil change and obviously lowered my car with the drivers door open onto something and smashed up the bottom of the door. When it was brought to their attention they totally denied it and basically told us «tough luck — call your insurance company».

Consumer beware! This is not the place to trust or get your car fixed! They don’t fix problems, only make them worse, and they are not an honest business.
They tried to fix the same problem three times, and 2 – 3 weeks after each visit the problem was back, and they’d put another different replacement part in. After the third time I told them I wasn’t willing to take a day off work every month to sit in their waiting room and let them keep fixing the same problem, and they agreed to give me a refund. After chasing them down for my money back for the better part of a month, they stopped returning my calls. I’ve since taken my car back to the dealership and have had to repurchase every part I bought from Goodyear since they used aftermarket parts that did not fit my car. On the dealership invoice it says, «tech found aftermarket equipment to be of fault,» and they showed me the parts, how poorly they fit, and how they’d bent or broken after just weeks. This shop exemplifies the expression ‘putting a band-​aid on a broken arm.‘
The owners are the same for all three locations (Roseville, Southfield, Sterling Heights). If you get the groupon for an oil change, make sure they show you the new oil & levels – my car didn’t run smoother after a supposed change – and do not let them up-​sell you.
