WOW! Where to start… loud mouth manger, non stop yelling at the workers and customers. The debit/credit card machine had hair, crumbs and dust all over it.
My husband and I ordered 2 Big Mac Meals and a 10 piece mcnugget. First, it took 10+ minutes to get our order. The burgers were cold, so cold the cheese was still cold, and not much bigger than a half dollar. The Nuggets were cooked in old grease. We asked a cashier for our money back, she took our receipt and came back a few minutes later with 2 more Big Macs. and no refund. No «I’m sorry.» Just a «come back again.» To which I replied, «Nope! NEVER AGAIN!»
It’s late, we’ve been traveling for 10 hours, so we succumbed to the new Big Macs.
