My husband and I went today, we had been given a gift card, it wasn’t busy, got seated quickly. Noticed a couple of guys who went in before us got up and left. We sat looking at menu for a few minutes, noticed others being served, to go plates etc,. We sat for 15 minutes, no one came to get drink order, sat about another 5 and got up and left. Second time we have been there when not busy and had bad service. no service this time. I’m not prejudiced, but seems all that go here are black from Memphis. Apparently you have to be black to be waited on! By the way the two guys who left were white.

Waited almost 30 minutes for our apps and not even 5 minutes later our entrees came out. Service sucked! Were not offered any refills. The only time anyone checked on is was when our food came out and time for the check! We will never be back! AWFUL

This place is far beyond disgusting! There were ROACHES awaiting to seat us, when we arrived! Running up & down the walls! I will never be back! Service sucks as well! Big time! The windows were stacked with food crumbs from previous guests, along with flies. I was crazy to even stay. Smh

Wish I could give half a star. Apparently you only get service here if your black. There was hardly anyone there (which I guess should’ve been a sign not go there). There was no excuse for us not to get service, they weren’t busy. Ordered an appetizer & 2 meals. 30 minutes later and still no food nor a drink refill.

I was hungry. I wanted something good. I had a gift card. So I picked Applebee’s. This Applebee’s is way better than the one on Union. Service was great and the food was great. Me and my girl both had the Shrimp ‘N Parmesan Sirloin with seasoned vegetables and fries. She got garlic mashed potatoes. I was actually surprised how good it was. So tasty and delicious.

I guess it all depends on the manager on duty. My experience today for Lunch was pretty good. Tanya the bar server was on top of things the whole way… friendly and attentive. The lady greeter at the front had a nice smile. I tried one of their new pub diet menu items (finally something for a vegetarian and lite eater)! Which was the shrimp and broccoli cavatappi. It was pretty good; nice creamy sauce and all cooked well. I don’t care for the pepper grilled shrimp though. Wish it was steamed instead of blackened, blackened AND grilled has a tendency to get over cooked. But overall a pretty good experience and when I’m up this way I’ll stop again. Oh yeah!!! Did I tel you They have grilled cheese and tomato soup which is great! Just Need to moderate the cheese in the sandwich and stop messing with the soup! Croutons, chunks of tomato and cheese do not a good tomato soup make!!!

Restaurant was disgusting, bathrooms grosser than you want to imagine, underneath my table filled with scraps of other patrons, and my booth with the desserts of the last guest. Out of French onion soup, out of milk, and I overheard others being told their were out of some mixes for drinks. Trash on the floor, my salmon undercooked and the food took far too long to get there, I spent 1:45 in the restaurant, and we ordered immediately when asked for our drink order.
Bring this to the attention of the manager? Nothing was done. I wasn’t looking for a handout, but no offer to make anything better, not even an apology. Better yet, he didn’t even have the bathroom cleaned when I took my son to use it before we left I wouldn’t let him use it because of how much dirtier it had become.

Okay so 3 of my coworkers and I decided to stop here today for lunch. We figured that we would have ample time to eat and make it back in time. Well… no. Our server, Kayla was really sweet and we don’t blame her for our experience. In actuality, she was the saving grace. Very attentive and courteous. It was nowhere near busy, so none of us could understand how the food came out so slowly. AND the food was not up to temperature. This experience was completely unacceptable. I am NOT pleased and we will not be back.

When I first arrived in Southhaven I was hungry and wanted something quickly and Applebee’s was the first thing I saw. This place was set up like every other Applebee’s and I opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was very pleasant and my food arrived in a timely manner. It was just like every other Applebee’s I have been to. Not to bad, not great.
All in all I got what I expected so I got what I wanted. It was quick, fairly inexpensive and the server was very nice.
