Established in 2004.

Hamptons Property Service’s grew out of the frustrating vacation home ownership experiences of founder and owner, Chris Tanner. Fed up of dealing with multiple conractors offering poor pricing visibilitiy and even poorer customer service, Chris saw a clear opportunity to simplify vacation home ownership. After several years of house watching and caretaking, Chris sold his retail brokerage book of business and focused on HPS full time.
