Business Owner

K.J. Petsas is the founding partner of the law offices of Petsas & Stephens, LLP. He has a long history of serving the people of California, most notably through his military service before, during and after Vietnam, serving 3 years on active duty and 22 as a reservist. He also has served as a prosecutor in the state of California. Now Mr. Petsas focuses his energy on helping individuals and families find solutions to their legal problems. Mr. Petsas is an experienced family law and auto accident attorney; he also has 30 years of criminal defense experience. His work as a prosecutor has given him a unique perspective and advantage in defending people facing criminal charges.
