This company is terrible. Worst customer service and very expensive. We asked for some help and they told us call Über.
Why would anyone do business with these people? I highly recommend use someone else, they don’t deserve it.

Bad and dangerous the owner force the driver to work more than 8 hour a day I was with one of the driver and I surprise he sleep when he drive and when I wake him up I ask him u look like u didn’t get enough sleep and he said I was working from morning and when I ask him how many hours he said 15 hours so how come the owner and the insurance company allowed this happen that’s really dangerous

I have worked closely with BCN for the past 2 years with my concierge staff and they have proven to be the most reliable, and professional source of transportation in San Francisco. They are a very sophisticated and modern company. They have luxury vehicles and greet guests for baggage claim pick-​ups with an Ipad for signage. Each reservation is made efficiently and an itinerary is sent via email, at the end an emailed copy of the invoice is provided. VERY easy for our guests who need receipts for expense reports. Rates are very reasonable! I would highly recommend using company.

I have hired Black Car Network a few times over the past year for airport transfers and for my daughters 12th birthday party. Every exchange with BCN has been pleasant and professional. The drivers are very friendly and professional and the town cars and stretch limos have all been in great condition. When I hired BCN for my daughter’s 12 birthday, the drivers were flexible as the girls wanted to stop at the Golden Gate Bridge lookout to take pictures. The drivers (we had 2 limos) were flexible and very accommodating to their requests. For my airport drop off & pick ups, the drivers have all been on time and very good about communicating with me via cell phone before each pick up. I highly recommend Black Car Network.

Wow, what nice people. My boss lost his cell phone and Ayman, a BCN driver found it at the airport. He went out of his way to help us get it back. Just based on his kindness and professionalism, and that of the office at BCN, I would use these guys in a heartbeat.

These are Professional drivers. Not a company that you book for partys. They are the company that you book for drivers that know the wine country and tours down the coast stuff like that. They dont like to do amiture drunken partys. They are Professionals.

I just called to ask about limo service for a Saturday night out in SF that would go from about 9pm-​3am and was told they «don’t do that kind of thing.» Their website says special occasions… so what DO they do for a special occasion? And they advertise doing bachelor and bachelorette parties… what’s the freaking difference between a night on the town and a pre-​wedding party besides the fact that I’m not getting married! I’m confused.

Town car service– Think black Lincoln Town Car (the mini limo). I like these guys a lot and they’ve saved my ass on short notice a number of times.
I’ve used them a number of times for special occasions or even rides to work sometimes and they’ve always been professional, on time, and with reasonable rates.
Get around the city or to the airport in style – A hell of a lot better than riding in some beat to crap old cab with no brakes, a shot transmission, and puke stains on the carpet.
