What’s there not to like? It’s a yummy frozen yogurt parlor w/lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. The frozen yogurt tasted really good and it wasn’t too runny(which I find to be a problem at most frozen yogurt places). My favorite flavor I tried was the wedding cake flavor. so good :) The little orange spoons are pretty cool too. The only con is that they are a little expensive.

They are not closed anymore! It’s under new management and they’re been open for a few months now. Thank goodness, I was literally in a state of manic depression without being able to get Orange Leaf for the year they were closed. Now they’re back open and still serving the same delicious fro-yo! I like Orange Leaf’s fro yo much better than Red Mango. Orange Leaf’s isn’t as cold(so my teeth don’t have a spaz attack when I eat it) and they always have a ton of flavors available. So happy they opened back up!

This place is CLOSED literally every time I have tried to go here. Their«hours» are not correct as they are never actually open and there is a giant padlock on the door, but there is no sign or anything posted saying they are closed… Plus the other good reviews on here are clearly spam/ads, complete with bullet points and stock photos. Something’s fishy…

This place is not in business anymore. Drove past it multiple times but the store is always close.

I don’t like that their site promotes sugar free options, but the store doesn’t have any… otherwise, it’s pretty tasty!

I do not even eat dessert and this place gets 5 stars. They have my kids completely hooked. From the cool décor to the do-it-yourself options, this place really has it going on. In fact, instead of wedding cake at my upcoming nuptials we have opted for Orange Leaf… they have wedding cake flavor! Like I said, I do not eat desserts… I just do not enjoy sweets as much as the rest of my family, but this is one place everyone loves. I have sampled flavors and they are really tasty. The kids love the orange, chocolate and wedding cake flavors as well. Choosing your flavor is just the start… next onto the toppings bar. So many options, from fruit to candy to cookies, syrups, etc. The kids love to make their own froyo masterpiece and chill out in the modern atmosphere. To top it off(pun intended), they also support local charities and sponsor fundraising events. I am working with them on an upcoming fundraiser where they will give my cause 15% of proceeds when the cause is mentioned… not for just one day… for an entire month! I really recommend checking out Orange Leaf if you have not already made it your favorite froyo destination.

Frozen yogurt perfection! Worlds better then Red Mango in the mall! Large selection of flavors, toppings, and sauces! Also, way better priced then Red Mango! I suggest getting a customer card to save some $ if you plan to return. Also there is a dairy free option!

Meh. With GoBerry in Portland(locally sourced) and Red Mango in the Mall(way better quality), I see no reason to visit this spot again! The décor is just… bizarre. Modern and futuristic, but the overall feeling in there is very cold and stark. Not a fan. We visited around 7pm on a weeknight and were the only ones in there, and the only employee — looked to be 17 or 18 — could NOT have been more(obviously) bored, barely putting down her phone to help us. The selections were okay, both for frozen yogurt and toppings, but still… save a trip and go to Red Mango instead.

Liked: * The design aesthetic. Modern verging on futuristic. Stark contrast between white and orange. * The selection of flavors. I didn’t count, but there must have been a dozen or more. * The selection of toppings. Toppings a’ plenty! * The cups that can be divided into three sections, so you can isolate your flavors. * The serve-yourself approach. I liked being to have as much or as little of the yogurt and toppings as I like, then pay by weight. * The design of the spoons. Disliked: * I don’t think the yogurt was very natural. It tasted false and sugary. Tasty, but false. * The consistency of the yogurt. It was slightly grainy, and not very smooth. * The fruit toppings weren’t fresh. The strawberries looked like they’d been sitting out for a while. * The girl working was mostly absent. * The fact that it’s a chain.

Tasty flavors? yes Myriad options to select from? yes Clean and colorful store? yes Customer friendly sampling of 2 to 3 flavors? no… must be waited on(thus forcing those waiting in line to check out must wait). Suggestion would be to hand a requesting customer 2 sample cups, which is more than adequate, and let them be. Competitive pricing? No… not even close at 52 cents per oz. As a first time visitor to this S Portland store, while visiting Maine family from my state of Colorado, I was truly floored by the price — and as such as I left the store without purchasing anything. In the Denver metro area, the going rate for frozen yogurt is 39 to 41 cents per oz with a maximum per ounce charge of 48 cents/oz in ski resort community of Frisco(serving Breckenridge, Keystone and Cooper Mountains). Since S Portland is NOT a resort town on par with Colorado ski country, the decision by Corporate Orange Leaf to effectively charge $ 1 more per 10 oz serving is one that I predict will serve as a deterrent to Portland area customers and likely maintain an empty store as was the case on Thursday afternoon, 10-3-2013. I for one will instead enjoy my $ 3.99 cup of coffee and white chocolate flavors(10 oz serving) at Maine Mall TCBY.

PRICE: Did not pay attention… FOOD: 4⁄5 Warning — I am NOT very fond of tart flavors which means the majority of fruity flavors. Compared to back home in SoCal, Orange Leaf is pretty good. There are a variety of flavors tart vs. non-tart and plenty of toppings(fruits, candy, nuts, etc.). For those of you who have never been to a FroYo place like this before(which I’m sure most Mainers probably have not), you can ask the cashier for a sample cup. They will give you the sample cup and you can taste whatever flavor you wish to taste on your own. After you have made your choice, you can grab one of the cups and serve yourself the flavors that you want & as much as you want. There are dividers that you can place in your cup to separate the flavors. Next stop are the toppings which you can self serve as well. When you reach the cashier, you’ll weigh your cup and charge you by the ounce. I wasn’t sure how much per ounce they will charge you because the price wasn’t visible at all. Spoons are located next to the cashier. Other valuable info: — Free wi-fi — Plenty of tables/chairs/space — Plenty of parking — Download the Spin Streak app on your phone to win a discount for Orange Leaf(There are signs located around the store to tell you how) — Clean and great service!

I was hoping to like this place better, since it’s so close to us. The first thing that caught my eye was the bright green and orange décor. The place looked very pretty, big and clean, with lots of seating. I went with my kids, and my son tried a sample of cake batter yogurt, and I tried a sample of coffee yogurt. The coffee yogurt was good, but I chose my usual vanilla with fruit toppings. The main thing that disappointed me was that they didn’t have all the fruit topping choices that Red Mango in the mall had. I had fallen in love with the cup of vanilla yogurt with fresh blackberries, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and coconut, but they didn’t have all those fresh fruits. They had a few fruits that looked like they had come canned in syrup. My kids didn’t care about the fruits, because they topped their yogurt with lots of candy. They did have a lot more flavors of yogurt than the mall’s Red Mango, but not more toppings. My son got brownie batter yogurt, and my daughter chose vanilla. I wish they had a smaller size cup, because even though I told my kids not to give themselves too much yogurt and toppings, they pretty much filled their big cups and it ended up costing almost $ 17 for the three of us. My son couldn’t finish his, either. I might go back there, maybe if I’m in the mood for the coffee yogurt, and not in the mood for fruit toppings.
