Went to trade in a PS3 that’s in 9⁄10 condition. They didn’t take it because the Composite cable had a crack on it. A cable that costs $ 2 – 5 bucks. That’s very petty.

This is the usual gamestop experience with the exception that this location has knowledgeable staff and not some eye candy that you see in some other locations. I usually go here to preorder a game if they have a collectors edition version and never have a problem.
