Shake, Rattle and Pole

I’m pretty sure this was one of the BEST parts of my bachelorette party. Edee came to our room and set up music and lighting. Her props were absolutely perfect! Everything was a complete surprise for me and I had NO IDEA what to expect, but Edee made all of us so comfortable. Not everyone can do what she does and I can’t wait to show my future husband my new moves hahaha. Thank you again Edee, you truly are AMAZING at what you do.

Edee was amazing!!! She is fun, friendly and knows her stuff! She makes everyone feel comfortable and makes sure safety is important. My friend who is 7 months pregnant was able to participate and loved it, too! Edee makes it easy to learn the routine and makes you feel confident and sexy! This was the best start to our bachelorette party! Everyone was having the best time. And the bride especially had so much fun! If you are planning a ladies night, you need to get Edee!!!

This review is LONG overdue!
Last August was my friend’s Bachelorette weekend and her maid of honor had the best idea, to have a night of pole dancing! We rented a cabin in Tahoe and Edee was to meet us there and set up. She brought her own music, the pole, and lots of energy.
One of the things I appreciated the most about Edee was her concern for our safety, after all we were a bunch of silly drunk girls who were going to be flipping around a pole with absolutely no prior experience. She was very informative and organized and still remained to have a fun streak in her. She made everyone feel really comfortable which allowed for everyone in the group to «let their hair down» and just have fun. It was also great that we could learn this routine in the comfort and privacy of our cabin. I don’t know if everyone would have felt as adventurous if we were in a studio.
The lesson was done in a step-​by-​step routine which I loved because as I said, we were all drunk, so the repetition made it easy to remember and also allowed for everyone to ease into the moves. It started out basic, but then she slowly eased us into some cool twists and a simple (but seductive) twirl around the pole.
I honestly think everyone would enjoy having a pole dancing party. Even the bride who was hesitant at first was THRILLED and fully enjoyed herself after meeting Edee and knocking back a couple warm-​up shots! I HIGHLY recommend Shake Rattle and Pole for any event where FUN is the goal!

Edee! All I can say is Edee… You are amazing!!! We had 13 ladies in South Lake Tahoe for my daughter’s bachelorette party! We did the LAP DANCE Lesson and we had A BLAST! I cannot say enough about Edee and I would highly recommend SHAKE, RATTLE AND POLE for your party if you want an experience over the top! This was the icing on the cake to our epic weekend! This is a must if you are having a bachelorette in Tahoe! Edee was prompt, and super easy to work with to plan the event. We had a lap dance party for 8 girls in a house we rented for the weekend. I choose a lap dance party since she was coming later in the night, 10pm, and I didn’t want to have to wait for the pole to be set up for a pole dance party.
Edee was right on time and brought her music and props and her PERSONALITY with her! This is a lady that knows how to set the mood and have a good time! She got us right in the mood to dance and have fun straight off the bat. She went over the moves very clearly, and everyone felt comfortable and knew that having fun was the #1 goal.
I was really impressed with Edee. She had already hosted a lap dance party earlier in the night, but she brought her A game even though we were the second one she had that night.

I was hosting a bachelorette party in Tahoe for my best friend. I found this place on Unilocal.I wasn’t too sure about it but gave her a call. I spoke with Edee and she was awesome! You can feel her energy over the phone and she was very professional, not pushy at all about booking. Once I booked her, she was great about communicating with me as the date came closer. The lesson itself was a blast! All the girls loved it (we were all different shapes and sizes)! Edee brought her own music and lights, it left like we were really in a studio! We had a blast learning a fun routine! Definitely something I want to do again in the future! Thank you again for an awesome time!

You are a FUCKING ROCK STAR… I never thought that pole dancing could be this fun. the instructor is spunky and full of energy. I recommend anyone and everyone to put this on their bucket list.

Had such a blast with all of my girls! Even the ones who are a little more shy still had a great time! Edee was awesome and fit us in last minute, due to our previous cancellations on the lake due to weather. It was the perfect bachelorette event!

We took a bachelorette party lap dancing class with Edee and it exceeded all my expectations. She is absolutely hilarious. We went from laughing hysterically to tearing up sentimentally while sharing how happy we are for the bride to be.
We had the best time. Also, it was the perfect activity to do after dinner so that we could all digest before going out!

There aren’t enough stars for Edee! Honestly, she is a great business woman, performer, and teacher. I’d recommend her to anyone for any event. I used Edee for my sister’s bachelorette party which took me months to plan. We decided to do a Lap Dance Lesson for the bridesmaids.
Edee was by far the easiest vendor to work with. She explained her process IN DEPTH the first time we talked on the phone, she took notes about our party and our specific bride. Then I was super impressed when she followed up in the months to come all the way to the actual party just to make sure everything was on track. She even put up with a few date and guest count changes due to bridal party conflicts.
When the party day arrived, she was punctual, and walked me through the process again. She let me in on what I needed to know, and took it from there! I had ZERO stress, Edee handled everything, she brought music, lights, props, EVERYTHING. Our bride was surprised and had the absolute best time! It couldn’t have gone better. You can tell Edee has a routine and has done this for years, but she is still flexible and can roll through any unexpected thing.

This experience is a MUST. Let me just start off by saying that Edee is one of the coolest women you’ll probably ever meet. Not only does she make the experience completely comfortable, she makes it an experience that you definitely want to relive again.
I first experienced one of Edee’s parties in November for my sister’s bachelorette party. I’d have to say it was a highlight of the whole weekend. The whole night was full of so many laughs and amazing memories.
We again had Edee this weekend for another friend’s bachelorette party, and it was great. Each party she does is unique in its own way, and I 100% recommend her to everyone!

I can’t say enough awesome things about Edee; this was hands down the most fun thing I have ever done at a Bachelorette party (and I’ve been to a lot…)! We did the pole dancing class with 7 girls. The planning process was super easy; Edee called me, we emailed, we picked a time and date and she was super flexible with all of the arrangements. It was a surprise to the bride, and she LOVED it! Edee was high energy, super fun, but made sure that everyone was comfortable with everything. She was the perfect mix of fun, sassy, naughty, yet responsible. She brought the music, the lights, the pole… and definitely taught us girls how to dance! I would highly recommend this to any group of girls, bachelorette party or not. THANK YOU Edee, for such a great time and a fun memory!

I emailed, we scheduled a time to talk and it was set! She ran me through every detail and I have to say I couldn’t wait to meet her. She is one of those rare people who you feel an instant connection with and who really makes it her job to ensure you have a great time.

What a blast!
We chose to participate in the lap dance party and Edee made it easy, fun and fabulous! She came out to our house at 10 AM (as promised) and stayed with us even longer than she said she would. She took an interest in us and created a program that we were comfortable with! She constantly reminded us that we only had to do what we were ok with (that was helpful for me as I am a bit more conservative when it comes to lap dancing/​dancin up on people)!
My future sister-​in-​law was SOOOO happy and LOVED this experience! I would highly recommend it for a fun group activity, an ice breaker and even for a great little workout!
There were SO many laughs on Saturday morning that will always be remembered.

This experience made the bachelorette weekend. Edee was so amazing! She kept my number and called 2 weeks before the party saying she was able to fit me in; and I’m so happy she did! Edee was amazing! She came as a surprise for my friend’s bachelorette party in Tahoe. She is so sweet and makes you feel absolutely 100% comfortable. Also, she is hilarious and super fun. I am such a shy girl, and although I was apprehensive at first, this event was a memory I will hold forever with my friends! The class has some structure, which is awesome, but Edee was very flexible and allowed for us to go at our own pace. At the end, we all knew the routine.
I strongly suggest booking something similar with your friends if you are on a girls’ trip, bachelorette party, etc.

We had a surprise lap dance party in Tahoe for our bride to be, and it was my favorite part of the weekend.
After my initial contact with Edee I knew she’d be perfect for our weekend. She was very friendly, enthusiastic, kind and professional on the phone. And once she got to our cabin I felt like I already knew her.
The girls didn’t all know each other prior to the bachelorette party, but Edee worked her magic and everyone was lap dancing on everyone else by the end of class. I was also a little worried that not everyone would feel comfortable participating (which Edee makes clear is also fine), but she created such a safe space that all the girls got their booty shakes going.
We had a blast, laughed so much, learned a little something to take home, and really started our weekend with a bang. Now I just wish I had another «excuse» to book a party with Edee!

Edee came out to a house we had rented in Tahoe to give us some pole dancing lessons for a bachelorette party. She brought her own music, and told us she was going to teach us all a little routine, and then we could all have some fun.
She elected to show us the routine in very small, basic steps, probably meant for anyone to be able to master. Like, first we’ll all take a turn walking around the pole. Then, we’ll all take a turn doing the same thing and turning around. It’s fine that she wanted to make things simple for everyone, but some of us got bored, and decided to go smoke outside and come back in for the next round.
When we came back in, we were told that we could no longer participate, because we weren’t present for a demonstration. Okay, first of all, we paid $ 30 each, and we were only outside for a few minutes– if half of us missed the presentation, you should have either told us that it was not an okay time to leave the room, or you should have showed us again. Secondly, it was not anything complicated, so I managed to sneak in and do the routine anyways, with no detriment being done to anyone.
During a break, I was sitting on the staircase not far from Edee, and overheard her telling one of the older ladies that it was really difficult to work with drunk girls. I was sort of offended, because I felt that she was singling me out and not letting me dance, so I went up to her and asked if she was talking about me, because I had not had anything to drink yet. She said that she clearly wasn’t talking about me, and that I should know so, because so many of the other girls were plastered. Either way, it’s kind of not cool to go to a party and then complain about your clients while they are using the restroom.
Seeing as how the pole was portable, it turned out to not be very sturdy, so we had to all be very careful not to pull on it, and couldn’t really do much spinning or climbing. I’m sure this wasn’t Edee’s fault at all, but it kind of put a damper on the whole portable pole dancing thing. If I ever do this again, I would definitely go to the studio.
The routine was really more strict than fun. I get that dance teachers are strict, but it’s not like we were really going to be performing for anyone. We were just a bunch of girls wanting to act wild before our friend gets tied down. Plus, during the part of the routine that we were supposed to touch ourselves, Edee would stand in front of us with this super-​concerned look on her face and say, «Self discovery, self discovery.» I’ll let the reader decide whether or not that’s creepy.
