I called them last minute for help with our cabin. We had construction done for 2 months, came to settle in and the construction company left it a mess. (they said they cleaned it spotless)…Needless to say I was so upset so I found this wonderful group of guys on Unilocal and they were so helpful and willing to come right away. They did a awesome job. They did the carpets, cleaned our rock fireplace, did a general deep house clean and made out tile look like it was brand new. I was so happy!!! So polite, professional and very nice. Plus their prices are so great!!! You cant get a better company anywhere in Northern California

We’ve used several carpet and upholstery cleaners in South Lake Tahoe, and we finally have found our long-​term partner with the team at Custom Floor Care. We manage vacation rentals, and 2 – 3 homes require carpet cleaning every month. Not only do they do a great job on spot removal and overall cleaning, they are RELIABLE, and show up when they say they are going to! I completely trust their staff to let themselves into the home using a lock box, and complete the job with no supervision. Very trustworthy.

Custom floor care rocks! I own a local bakery and had my client tasting are carpets/​couch cleaned today. It had been… well…a few years. They showed right up on time, were extremely friendly and my carpets now look BRAND NEW!!! Not a speck of buttercream or a single cake crumb to be found. And no chemical smell! Great customer service… A+ all around. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have been using Custom Floor Care since I had my first baby in 2009. They are reliable, friendly, professional, and always do a great job! They also clean the heating ducts– you’d be shocked to hear how much crap comes out of them, especially with 2 toddlers and 2 dogs!
My carpets always look brand new when they are finished!
I highly recommend John and his crew to all my friends. John even did an emergency after hours spot cleaning after a sick dog.

I think they are great. They cleaned up after a bear made a mess in our RV. When we noticed a couple really hidden stains that showed up after a camping trip, they immediately came out and deep cleaned the stains to stand behind their satisfaction warranty. We always get a follow up phone call asking if we were happy. Been using them for over 3 years now.
