Math Whiz Tutoring Our mission is also to instill what we call Academic Confidence in young adults. Academic Confidence means remembering and believing — I can learn anything. We are here to support you, and while we teach math and science, we also passionately believe that we’re helping young adults become agile and imaginative problem solvers. Will Travel to Locations between Salt Lake City and Draper, Univ of Utah, SLCC, In Your Home or Libraries – $ 30 per hour.

Business Owner

Steve Zell is a Professional Chemical Engineer, who has 36 years experience in the chemical processing and refining industries.

I have also tutored high school, college, and graduate students in many math and science subjects for over 8 years in the Houston, TX and Hartford, CT areas, and now makes my tutoring expertise available in the valley south of Salt Lake City.

After my extensive engineering experience, I can share with my students techniques for solving mathematical and technical problems that work efficiently in the real world, and explain these methods in a way that is easy to understand.
