Called an hour before going in to just pick up a prescription. Was told that yes I can pick it up. I get there and i. Waiting for 15 minutes and nothing cause none of them could find my file. I’ve been going there for years and never had an issue until now.

Dr. Kenneth Cohn is one of the most kindest and best doctors I have ever been too. I have been going to him since the age of 12 and now even though he is more than an hour away from where I live i still only go to him. I started wearing contacts at the age of 12 and I have never had any trouble with my contacts. I never have dry eyes or any other issues now 20 years later. People ask me why I dont get lasiks and i tell them because my contacts are so comfortable. he makes accurate diagnosis and recommends only the best and safest products for your eyes. Honestly, it is hard to find such a good doctor now a days.

i agree with the person above WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! i got attended by a lady who was just so rude telling me she couldn’t find me and to go home and make another appointment! after arguing she finally agreed to let me in. 10 min after i sat down to wait she called me to the front desk telling me that she found my appointment (without even an apology) she told i now had to wait because i was late EVEN THOUGH I ORIGINALLY GOT THERE AT THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT!

I was having issues with my eye and even though i had been here before a couple years ago the service never seems to disappoint me, if you have an emergency you can just walk in at 1:00pm other than that an appointment is required.
