i would really give this place no stars.
SO RUDE HERE!!!
25 minutes on hold, they hung up, called again and waited 10 minutes after them putting me on hold TWICE and when they picked up again i told them Ive been waiting for over 25 minutes and the receptionist said «thats not true, it shows 10 here» and I told her how they hung up and she yelled at me «WHAT IS YOUR NAME!?» and gave me attitude throughout the call.

I bring my mom to this clinic because it’s where her hmo authorizes. It’s not the greatest place, but it’s okay. The staff races through questions and exams — it just feels like they’re racing to get as many patients through the door and bill. I’ve brought her here twice and I always take her to a private ophthalmologist just to be safe. So far I can say they’ve come back good, it’s just the rushed feeling you get as you’re being seen that can make one uncomfortable.
