It’s pretty good here. The environment is relaxed on weekend evenings, but all other days there’s low life clientele who instead of talking, they scream and let their kids make all these tantrums. The manager with the bad eye is very rude. But other than that, I like the place and the waitresses/​waiters service.

Worst, rudest b***hes here!
Honestly I don’t expect anything from little chain restaurants like this, but they have always messed up somehow!
Every Time I do a phone order, something ALWAYS goes wrong, whether it’s something wrong or something not placed. They are so rude here! I called to try to fix my order because THEY forgot something and they were so snarky and rude. The girl on the phone was yelling at the cooks, when I could clearly hear them say they put it in and that it wasn’t THEIR FAULT. Th y seriously just can’t admit they messed up. Like honestly at least run a mediocre IHOP, this place is just trash. I can’t.

I really loved my first experience here tonight. Came in late around 10 am and our server Luis was amazing. Very catering and generous. Food was great, hour and their decaf coffee was really good.
Well lit parking structure. Clean inside and out.
I’m usually a Norms girl but I can vouch for IHOP tonight lol

I come here all the time with my girlfriend. I live 15 minutes away from this ihop but she lives right around the block and this has become the perfect spot for us to get breakfast. We tried other ihop’s by where I live and they are not as good as this one! The service and food is great here!

Waiter was nice but false advertisement they say bake potato after 4 but they don’t serve bake potatoes. Crackers for soup were stale! Overall bad food!

I was there last week & our 2 coffee mugs were stained with previous food. One had lipstick stain & the other had crumbs. Also 2 of the plates were also stained with previous food. So disgusting!!! I did report this to that day’s manager.

iHop used to be a place where we’d get together with friends and family for a good laugh, and good food. Usually, I like to get the sampler, or the crêpe «make-​it-​your-​own» combo, with a side of coffee, salad, and soup.
Personally, the endless coffee is my favorite to kick my ass and get me awake, all with the savory sweets in my face. The friendly, yet comical host, Nestor, is very accommodating! While the food is no more, no less than good, the atmosphere makes up for it.

This place is the worst restaurant to eat. While you are eating, you are sweeting a lot because AC doesn’t work. We spoke with two managers, and they didn’t care. If you want to enjoy your food and you are paying, you should search for another restaurant

The stand out is the service. Very attentive and knowledgeable.
Cons: Overcooked meat. Sloppy plating. Cold food.
Breakfast is where these guys excel. Wouldn’t go for their lunch or dinner plates again

I just love this IHOP the service is better than the one on Paramount, in Downey and the other one located on Santa Fe, in H.P. Yes it gets busy and service slows down a bit but its understandable. The waiters only have two hands.

I love IHOP. It’s my go to spot. But I came for a late lunch. I ordered the chicken fried steak with broccoli. It’s my favorite. But… the gravy was salty. The veggies were cold. The mashed potatoes were dry. I went with family. Their fish and chips were bland. Not sure what’s going on. But the lack of patrons should have been a clue. Maybe I’ll go back. But the food has to get better.

Wow I’m a frequent customer. I always have great service but today was the worst !!! AMY G (waitres) wow was just terrible ruin my mother & sister bday… Not only she said she had giving me something I never got!!! She was just terrible terrible. Is like she hated her job!!! I spoke to the manager n that only made it worst he had attitude worst than the waitress he literally pull the ticket out of my hand n said I was wrong but excuse me I’m sure I know what I asked for and what I ate… I’m sure I’m never going to that back to IHOP and to make it worst it wasn’t even busy to say its cuz they had alot of orders n people !!
