Wow went In look for toddler shoes and saw some that I liked but I forgot my wallet. Then I called and asked for a size check and the lady didn’t want to look it seemed like she wasn’t trying and then she hung up. Then I called again and the «owner» said there was nothing he could do. And he was rude and I called another denim and they said he’s always rude and point being never going there again. Rude ass fuck No stars.

2/​27C/​16 @1045am, came in this morning to shop for a pair of shoes. I needed the size availability on a pair. Made eye contact with a female helper no luck for 15 mins. Finally she decides to to come by and just to tell me they don’t have the size im looking for by just looking at the display and just walked away without saying anything else. I don’t think she enjoys her job lack of customer service. Im a manager at another retail store and i would of fired her the way she does her job. She needs customer service training. Attitude is what’s important when it comes to customer service. She was hired for looks and not for skills or lack of.

Let me start off easy… Best and biggest selection of every brand name you can find. Prices $ cheap as dirt. I literally but all my shoes and cloths from there… There at least 2 – 3 times a month and everytime im in there i fall in love with something and i have to buy it with the price i get i am bot gonna complain about… Long story short (i love this store)

I went into this place to look at the clothes because I was in the neighborhood. They have a good selection, and the prices seem reasonable, but I couldn’t tell who was working here. I wasn’t greeted by anyone, but some people seated in the middle of the store looked at me a few times. They didn’t look too friendly though. So I took two stars off because the customer service seems bad here. From reading the other reviews of this business, I’ve noticed that other people have also had some bad customer service experiences here.

waited for the Chicago 1 release that they posted on social media stating they were going to have, waited a few hours as well as did a handful of people for the owner to show up walk right passed us at 9:50 wait til 10:10 to open the doors and say he didn’t get them! freaking Bs! a courtesy post on social media would have been appreciated! or even as he arrived he should already know he didn’t receive them the day before and could of said sorry you guys but i didn’t get the Chicago 1 in men sizes! Really upset and disappointed!

I was here with my brother shoe was in town from Greece and he was looking for some new gear to take back home with him. I was a little bit impressed when i walked in because I saw so many items i’d actually buy. Of course I knew it wass my destiny not to find anything in my size. My brother is as tall as me so I let him receive all the disappointment and ask if they had anything in his size. Of course they didn’t.
Yeah, oh well guess that give me enough reason to never be back.

Worse customer service ever! I walked in, I wasnt greeted. Very limited on woman’s apparel
