Been coming here for two weeks now. Really like this gym. I come in the mornings. I get a great workout, I learn something everyday. They don’t have scheduled classes like other gym so work in my favor since I have work and other things so I can’t always make a set time. Great environment, everybody I’ve met has been friendly. Get some god running and jump rope work along with basic fundamentals as well as having the trainer work with you but can also work the different bags and weights on your own. ONLY $ 50 a month. Can’t beat that!
