This place is terrible. They do sloppy work, are rude and disrespectful while asking for your hard Earned money. This place isn’t worth one star. I’ve been here twice because it’s in a convenient location. While I am a reformed nail biter, I get shellac(gel) manicures frequently as that helps keep the biting at bay. Both times my nails have been screwed up. The shellac is so thick it has bubbles and some nails actually look like acrylic has been applied. The second time which was 10÷18÷15, I went again giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a one off. The girl barely spoke to me, didn’t push my cuticles back or anything. Basically I let my fingers soak and she filed them. She didn’t even give me a hand massage. She rubbed lotion on my hands as if she was afraid to touch me. Meanwhile, my mother has had equally awful pedicures here as well. She requested stripes on her big toe and that was completely ignored. As well as the woman didn’t listen to how my mother wanted her nails shaped. She works at a gym and longer toe nails hurt. And again she was left to soak for 20 minutes and then the rest was rushed. The polish was sloppily applied and when my mother requested another coat of polish, the tech balked at her like my mother asked for a discount. When it came time to pay, instead of the $ 25+tax, it was $ 37 because my mother got extra polish. While terrible manicures and pedicures warrant a one star review, the icing on this horrible cake would be the customer service. And by that I mean the absence of it. The owner was talking negatively about other customers sitting in the salon to the woman he was working on. Now to me that is the final straw and I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. No one should have to take poor and sloppy work coupled with staff talking trash about you to other people while paying upwards of $ 30 for a manicure.

I’m pretty disappointed. I went for my first pedicure post-baby and post-winter. The salon was nice enough, and the woman who did my toes was perfectly pleasant. But, I had the pedicure yesterday, have been wearing nothing but flip flops ever since, haven’t been to the gym, and I already have huge chips and wrinkles in my polish. $ 35 down the drain, I could have done this myself.

Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I get my nails done all the time. The technician made my nails so sloppy that she had to pick all the gel off of my actual fingers. Put my thumb nail on crooked and didn’t change it even when I asked her to. Cut my pinky open. I would give it 0⁄5 stars if I could. Complete waste of my money. Expensive trash.

The pedicures that I’ve gotten here have always been amazing. The chairs are comfy, there’s a good selection of magazines and a tv to keep you entertained, and the tecs I’ve gotten do a great job. Their acrylic nail situation is a different story. I’ve gotten a full set put on here 2x and both times they were crooked, uneven, and fell off in a few days! Both times the tec blamed me! Said I must have oily nailbeds. I’ve had acrylics many times in the past 15 years, but only have they ever fallen off completely when I got them here.

Generally good technicians. Open long hours(until 7 during the week, 5 or so on Sundays) and usually crowded on weekends. High staff turnover. Overall a cut above average. Bonus: right by froyo, Panera, & other restaurants, so if you are running late you can also pick up dinner.

Pretty good nail salon depending on who you get. It is a bit more expensive than other salons but I like it. I usually get the shellac. This place does have a crowd so be prepared to wait.
