Salon: if I could give no stars I would.
Had an appointment for 10am.
The staff showed up after 11:30
Did not acknowledge me sitting in the lobby waiting for them. Did not apologize for the wait time.
I could hear the girl I made the appointment with giggling in the back. This is no way to run a business.
I expect better if I’m going to be spending $ 100+

I started coming to the salon to get my brows done by Face about 2 years ago after my sister referred me. He did such an excellent job I recommended Face to one of my friends about a year ago and now we make it a lunch date every three weeks to get our brows done by Face. He does great work and is really personable. All the staff and friendly and love their crafts. I’ve gotten manicures pedicures massages and even brought my son to the hair side to get his locs styled.

I have been going to Everything By Face since inception. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing and the staff is extremely professional and punctual. I am a Brows by Face client I would not let another person touch my eyebrows besides Face himself. He is extremely passionate and more importantly a perfectionist when it comes to his craft and it shows in the finished product. I always get asked «who does your eyebrows». Face is always on time and I never have a long wait and on top of all that he is just an all around great guy.

I would highly recommend everything by face. Every time I leave the salon I am completely satisfied. My friends and coworkers compliment me on my eyebrows and nails. I love Chelle and her work is excellent! You won’t be disappointed.

I currently live in Washington DC and heard about Danielle through instagram and a friend of mine. I was impressed by the pictures I saw and decided to check her out while I was in town. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism she showed. She spent ]time analyzing my hair and offered great suggestions to promote healthy hair growth. I did not have to wait for my appointment and she was quick. My hair looks amazing!!! She went over and beyond my expectations all for a low and affordable price! I was very impressed and will be coming back to her soon.

Kisha is AMAZING!!! If you want the BEST full body massage & facial of your life, she is your girl!!! Her massages are literally an out of body experience. She is top-​notch at what she does, professional, and incredibly nice!!! I have referred all of my friends and family to her, and I will be forever loyal. There is not a massage I have ever had that comes a fraction of a percentage point close to hers! Also the prices are very reasonable and everyone who works here is pretty friendly.

Went here for an appointment with the talented and lovely Kim who expertly applied Extreme lash extensions to my eyelashes. The process for a full set of lashes took 3 hours (a little longer than the 2 hours they quoted me over the phone). Individually applying lashes is tedious and time-​consuming and she handled it like a consummate professional. Not to mention my eyelashes look gorgeous. I have received so many compliments on them. Kim is a pro! The spa space is nice. They play cool tunes, too. Everything by Face is very competitive on price. While some salons charge $ 250 and up for Xtreme lashes, EBF only charges $ 150. Kim mentioned that Face is a true artist when it comes to brows so I look forward to letting him shape my brows someday.

I just moved to town and work far too many hours– neglecting my eyebrows which were in serious need of some grooming.
Face was super friendly and his space is relaxing, clean and comfortable. My eyebrows look great, i think he’s a bit of a perfectionist, which is fine by me!
