I’ve been in my house less than a year, and I’m already on a first name basis with our technician, Anthony. We actually got off to a rough start with another tech, but once we had Anthony I never considered switching again. He explains what he’s doing, is always on time, follows-​up, and seems truly concerned for each situation (and doesn’t even laugh at my panic of bugs). We signed up for their quarterly service, which has been worth it because when we have issues in between visits, they come out free of charge. Since we started using them, the number of bugs inside our house has decreased drastically, which makes it worth every penny!

Antony was at our home and he could not have been more concerned about needs. I asked several questions that took some time to answer and investigate. I learned a lot. He even scheduled a 2 week follow up to make sure we were satisfied.

Derek is the «Best Ever». I was having problems with pantry moths and spiders in Naperville. Derek has been out 3 times so far… those moths are resilient. He is very knowledgeable and patient and compassionate… cause have issues with bugs. I am so grateful use Proactive Pest Management they are the best!

Pro Active Pest Management has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. They respond to your calls immediately and do their best to get rid of unwanted critters. Although the pests have not gone away all together the will always come out to your home to do their best.

This company is top notch! Easy to do business with. They come a couple of times per year. They were honest enough to tell me how to get rid of a fly problem I had. I was ready to pay them to do this work. Hard to find honest businesses that truly care about you. They did a great job as usual. Our technician is knowledgeable, polite and courteous. A+++++

We were seeing more and more spiders around the house, hence called ProActive Pest Management. Our technician came out, explained in details what he was going to do and what to expect. He was courteous and helpful explaining what he’s doing and asked if I had any questions. He explained the quarterly treatment process. He even cleaned inside of our garage of any spider webs and remaining spiders. After first treatment, I didn’t see any build up of spider webs around the house. ProActive Pest Management exceeded our expectations.

About 4 months ago I called ProActive out to treat for ants inside my home. They got rid of the ants in short order. Since then I had some wasps in an eave above my garage. They came and took care of that too. They come out every 3 months or so and just get things done. The technician that comes to my home is very courteous, dependable and above all, helpful.
