Established in 1983.

Marshall Building & Remodeling was founded by two brothers, Tom Marshall & Dave Marshall in 1983. The business continues to be family owned and operated since that time.

Over the past 30 years, we’ve seen which products stand up to time, and how future problems can be avoided.

We offer the finest product lines and remodeling professionals with decades of experience, plus dependable service and superior warranties. We have honest pricing and don’t accept any payment until your project is successfully completed.

Business Owner

Tom has been in the roofing, siding, and window installation business for nearly 40 years. He founded Marshall Building & Remodeling with his brother David in 1983. They started the company with a commitment to providing beautiful work at an honest price and they’re still doing business that way. Since its start, the company has grown into one of the most well-​respected in RI and southeastern MA. You can hear Tom on local radio station WPRO, discussing home improvement trends and opportunities for homeowners. He also answers roofing, siding, and window questions on the company’s website blog.
