We like to develop relationships not just make a sale. Our motto is Concept to Completion. Buying flooring and window treatments can be very confusing. Our experience and expertise in this industry as well as our design experience can make your home you. We have instock products for that quick turn around for rental property or home to sell up to high end wool and exotic wood products. Environmentally safe products and recycled products are also important to us so we offer those options as well.

History

Established in 2003.

This space was formerly occupied by Schaeffer Floors. I purchased from Pat Schaeffer in April of 2003. I had worked for 15 years in the flooring and window treatment business before purchasing. We pride ourselves on making this a family friendly store. You will see one of my grandson’s here and my daughter working for me. We work on developing relationships not just making a sale. We want you to be happy with your purchase and make sure that what you pick will function properly for your life style.

I have been in the flooring industry for the last 18 years. I am excited to have the opportunity to take over an existing space formerly occupied by Schaeffer Flooring. I am thrilled to finally own my own business and be able to implement my business strategies and goals for customer satisfaction. I have had training in all phases of the industry from concept to completion. I am a local resident and have lived and worked in the Santa Cruz area for 52 years. I have grown up here and raised my children here and am happy to be able to make a contribution back to our community. I have always love art and color so this is a great avenue for me to utilize my creative side in helping others personalize their living areas.

I am not a review writing type of person, so it takes something really special for me to do this. My husband & I were looking to replace our carpet & flooring in May. We had an incredible experience working with Lisa at Interior Vision. The larger stores either wouldn’t give us the time of day or overwhelmed us with too many choices. Everyone we came into contact with at Interior Vision was friendly, helpful & always professional. The customer service can’t be beat; good selection & pricing; the quality of work was excellent & we even received a $ 50 discount for checking in with Unilocal!It really pays to go small & local. Next time, we’ll look no further than Lisa and the good folks at Interior Vision.

Me and my husband came in Interior Designs one day after talking to Lisa on the phone who was very friendly and knowledgeable. So when we got there Boddie who was just as nice, and knew he stuff, helped us fine the carpet we wanted at a great price. And seeing how great their prices were, we ended up buying our hardwood flooring from them as well. The guys came out today to put the carpet in and let me tell you, These guys were Fantastic! And very professional. My floors look Fabulous !! We even got a nice thick padding under the rug which made it even more plush… So Thanks again you all… We really appreciate you…

Super source for home improvement!
Bobbie and Wayne from Interior Vision did a wonderful job refinishing the hardwood flooring in our bedroom and hallway. They accommodated our schedule, moved and reset the furniture and were pleasant to work with in every way. We’ve done quite a bit of home repair/​remodel over the years and their prices are reasonable.

We couldn’t be happier with our new blinds from Interior Vision! Deborah was so amazing and helpful in helping us pick out blinds for all the windows in our new condo. We had originally gone to Home Depot and we’re let down by the quality of their selection. Deborah personally came out to our house and helped measure every window and pick a design that would fit our home perfectly. The Hunter Douglas blinds arrived within a week and I don’t think I’ve ever seen such nice packaging. Each one was perfectly labeled, very carefully wrapped and so easy to install. They look amazing and like I said we couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to recommend Deborah and Interior Vision to everyone for their window and flooring needs.

This is absolutely the best business to work with. Bobbie is so knowledgable and helpful. I love, love, love my new carpet. It is perfect. I know this might be hard to believe, but the installers made the process fun and no stress. As a Hunter Douglas carrier, Interior Vision had my bottomup/​top down blinds restrung and back to me quickly. These are the folks to go to for flooring, blinds, and most of all service and reliability.

I called for estimate, and Bobbie answered and it did not take her long to come and see the condo and give me a very reasonable estimate in a very short time. Her attitude was unbelievably friendly and very understanding. She provided excellent advice that showed her knowledge in the process and material. She kept me in the picture all the time by calling and updating on the job being done which saved me long drives to the site.
The job was done in less than a week starting from ordering the material and handing me the keys back.
My wife and I were so impressed with the quality of the work and the commitment of the whole team and very impressed with them sticking to the schedule they mentioned.
On top of that, we got a very nice cleaning kit as a gift from them which made us speechless.

I worked with Deborah to get blinds from some large windows. I gave her my criteria (insulating, let the light filter through, privacy, easy to clean). She led me to the perfect solution, came to my home measured and ordered them. My schedule was packed when they arrived. She took the installer to my home, installed them, and sent me an email of the finished install while I was at work. Service above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this store and Deborah’s service.

I wanted to replace my vertical blinds in the living room and get some shades for the bedrooms. I went to Home Depot and was completely overwhelmed with the choices, so I knew I needed help. I contacted Deborah and she quickly got back to me. She came out to the house to measure the windows and bring samples. I took quite a while to figure out which type I wanted. She answered all of my questions promptly and was very patient while I took my time to make the right decision. The binds arrived on time and were installed when promised without any problems.
For the living room I decided on the Hunter Douglas Silhouettes with Literise for the windows and Luminette Privacy Sheers for the sliding door. They look really nice together. The bedrooms have honeycomb Duette with Literise. The Literise on all the windows is great because there are no cords to deal with or see, and they are so easy to raise and lower. All of us are completely in love with them! There was not one time during this process that I became frustrated. Should I ever need blinds again, I will definitely call Deborah!

She worked within my budget and I am really pleased with the results. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and skillful installation of the floors we purchased from Interior Vision Flooring. From the selection of materials, price comparisons, details of installation and final billing, Deborah and her staff were helpful, clear, and committed to customer satisfaction. All of this, at an excellent price! We own a small apartment building and have had them install laminate, hardwood, and linoleum floors at various times over the last year.
