Established in 2012.

Carmela spent several years in the restaurant industry working in some of the Bay Area’s top fine dining establishments. Her position required intense organizational ability, strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills as she worked with a diverse customer base. Today, as a real estate professional, she is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients.

As a new agent, Carmela worked for Greg Simpson, a top agent in Los Gatos. As part of his team, she helped to close over 20 transactions in one year, learning the industry from one of the very best. A focused listener, able adviser, and fierce yet fair advocate, she is known for her intuition and diligence as well as her encouragement and genuine concern. Her business approach is direct and successful: she intently listens to her client’s needs and works tirelessly to create a smooth, honest, and efficient transaction.

In addition to being obsessed with real estate (having gone into every open house she could for the last 20 years!), Carmela is an avid reader, traveler, and lover of new and unique restaurants.

She also believes in making the world a better place: Carmela has always been devoted to working with and advocating for youth. She has been a volunteer in several organizations, working as a health educator and counselor. She earned her teaching credential and loves to substitute teach in middle and high schools.
