Doug Jones Magic

I have seen Doug perform a Magic show for adults as well as kids. He is hilarious! We were all focusing real hard trying to figure out how a trick is done, but gave up and simply enjoyed the show and tricks he performed. A motivating speaker and magician. Entertaining, engaging the crowd, personable, simply Fun! Would happily recommend him to anyone looking to call upon/​hire an entertainer. Its Magic!

Doug is really great at what he does! He has magic tricks for all ages and definitely makes it fun for everyone around. We had him for a company party, and he quickly became the spotlight of the party. It wasn’t long before the party started that people were talking about him at the party and people walking in, asking to see him. I would definitely recommend him for any event. He will not disappoint.

THIS MAN IS AMAZING!!! I work at pump it up and Doug came to do some magic tricks for the kids since we were having our annual birthday party. Doug does great with kids and parents! He had everyone on their toes waiting for the next trick! He is also hilarious! Definitely consider this guy if you want to have a blast at any party!

I’ve been fortunate to see a number of magic shows performed by Doug Jones and each and everyone of them was great. Doug has a real gift for matching the show to his audience whether it be a group of kids or adults, a charitable organization or a business group.

My girlfriend and I went to the fundraiser for the high school in San Jose. There was a lot of food, music, singing and stalls. However the best part of the evening was the magic show by Doug. It was funny, entertaining and made you go…“Hmmm…how did he do that?” Like all magicians, Doug involved members of the audience to keep it lively. One of the ladies froze when she was on the stage, but Doug being a true professional was able to turn things around and got laughter out of the ground and avoided the lady from embarrassment. Great show Doug !!

Doug Jones, Mr. Magic, wowed the crowd of Campbell residents July 23 at the retirement party for that city’s Chief of Police. Retiring Chief Greg Finch is an amateur magician in his own right, and was constantly called upon to perform his ‘bag of tricks’ whenever he made a public appearance. But on 7/​23, surprise guest Doug Jones
turned the tables on Chief Finch and made him a part of the act.
The audience loved it, and even had a chance to be a part of the act as well.

Question: What is more fun that watching a bunch of kids faces as they’re entertained by a magician?
Answer: A magician who loves what he does and experiences the same joy as the audiences he entertains.
That is the true magic of Doug Jones.
This man loves to bring joy to others, be it children or adults. He’s good at it, but that’s not why he does it. he does it because he loves it. And it shows. I’ve seen him perform on 2 or 3 different occasions. He’s funny, always a step ahead, quick-​thinking and engaging. But he’s also very relaxed and comfortable with his craft-​he doesn’t rush and by the time he’s finished, he’s won the skeptics over. Doug is one of those rare people who can live in the moment and be satisfied in moments. I’m guessing some magicians measure their success by how loudly the audience claps. But knowing Doug, I’m betting he measures his success by whether he made at least one person happy, or one noticeably sad child crack a smile. The irony is that Doug’s magic shows accomplish all of the above-​applause, waves of happiness, and lots of smiles.
