Unilocal deleted my previous review for some reason or other. Advanced Water Systems installed our softener and iron filter in the 90’s and have been maintaining it ever since.
I find them very honest, professional and knowleadgeable
MIke is very easy to get along with and knows his stuff. Highly recommended if you need water treatment in Santa Cruz county

Please make sure you get everything in writing from Abel /​Adell. He tends to deliberately forget things that he said when sold me a product. He charged more money than promised. Now I need to go through credit card dispute charge. If you promise something then do it. If you can’t do it don’t say it.

a terrible ordeal. Abel installed a $ 2400 water system that does not work. His own technician who was sent to make it work said it will NEVER work. I have left more than 10 voicemails (no one ever answers the telephone) and I have sent more than 10 emails asking for them to come and pick up their system. No one answers or responds to email. I sent a demand letter (a requirement before small claims court) and the certified letter remains unclaimed at the post office. Bad, bad news. Beware. I can’t believe their unprofessional conduct. Easily my most disappointing business dealing in the last 10 years.

Abel at AWS was helpful and friendly with figuring out my reverse osmosis water systems. I have bought parts and buy my filters from AWS now and would buy a water filtration system from them if I had to start again.
