Clean Come True

I hate to do this, but feel that 1 star is my only option as I never got a call back from this company. I was very happy to find a local cleaning company in Sonoma seemingly based just minutes from my home. I clearly stated in my message my phone # and that I was looking for a ongoing business relationship having them take care of my home on a regular basis. I guess my business is not good enough for these people, as they never bothered to call me back. Very disappointing.

I’m so disappointed. My husband and I just moved to Sonoma and we met with Yasbeth at our home to get an estimate of what it would cost and how long it would take to clean our new home. She was super prompt and very kind. Then, yesterday she and two others were scheduled to arrive at 5pm. She called around 1pm to confirm. At 5:15pm I called and texted to make sure she wasn’t lost. By 6pm I called and texted to make sure she was ok. At 7pm she called and texted that she was ready to clean? She never explained what happened or why it took her 2 hours to let us know what was going on. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked to come by on Wednesday instead. I still have yet to hear back from her. Super disappointed in her unprofessional behavior and misleading us to waste our time. On to a new search!

I just received a call from Yasbeth and she was extremely kind in explaining what happened on Monday and was very apologetic. While I did find someone else to clean our home, she told me she would be more than willing to help us out at a discounted rate for the inconvenience. I am grateful she followed up and definitely believe in second chances. Hope that helps!

We absolutely love Yasbeth and her team. They are so responsive and their work is impeccable. Extremely reliable and trustworthy. Our house is cleaned beautifully every time and with great efficiency. Highly recommended.

I have some physical problems that make «deep cleaning» difficult for me. After reading the reviews here, I selected Yasbeth and her crew to deep clean my home as my birthday gift from my family. After hearing her crew of 3 charges $ 90/​hr., I contracted to hire them for 3 hours (my maximum) and was aware that not everything would be done in that time, but agreed to write down my priorities. I explained my priority (deep cleaning, dust and dirt behind and under furniture, cobwebs, baseboards and windowsills) and gave her a copy also. I didn’t want to be in the way, so I spent the 3 hours outside, checking in occasionally. They did a GREAT job on my master bathroom; it was sparkling. The windowsills also looked great. But when only 30 minutes was left of my 3 hours, I noticed that the areas behind and under furniture had not been done, nor any of the floors (carpet or tile, except for the bath), nor the tops of furniture, which I had specified. Instead they were cleaning and polishing glassware and the like. Yasbeth said it was «too hard to move furniture.» My chairs and couch are not heavy and can easily be pulled away from the wall by 2 people. She continued to work past the 3 hour mark even though I told her the 3 hours was up. She appeared to be finishing up some things. At 15 minutes past the 3 contracted hours I asked her to please stop now. I was very disappointed that the deep cleaning I had wanted was only partly done! There were still cobwebs on the walls and ceiling. The kitchen floor was unmopped and most of the house unvaccumed. Then she tried to charge me extra for the 15 minutes over, which I was unhappy about. When I reminded her I had only contracted them for 3 hours, she appeared angry, and left. If you don’t expect real deep cleaning, they do a VERY good job at making your kitchen and bath sparkle. But be VERY clear (more than I thought I was) about your expectations and your budget.

«Fast and Fantastic!» Yep, you heard it right here!!! These Ladies take care of your home with the care you would if… you had these Ladies at your fingertips everyday! What more can I say? Cleaning with a Heart was my afterthought. Being disabled they took extra time and care to make the job happen at the speed of satisfaction and everything happened with smiles! Thanks Yasbeth!

Yasbeth and her cleaning partner are the best cleaners I’ve ever had in my entire life. They did a fabulous job of deep cleaning my house, have a very positive, upbeat attitude, and were a pleasure to have in my house. I highly recommend them and look forward to their return. Look no further. These women are the best you can find.

WOW!!! Where do I start??? I had just moved into an old farmhouse that had been vacant for a year. As I was unpacking it was evident this home was in need of a SERIOUS deep clean. I contacted Yasbeth and out she came with everything she could of possibly needed to make this home SHINE. I thought I had hired «professional» house cleaners in the past, these girls put everyone I had ever hired to shame!!! They scrubbed this place from top to bottom and every surface in between. It was such a HUGE difference I literally cried when they were finished. They made this old house feel like home. DO NOT HESITATE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! I give an extra star because they are all so kind and happy, really good energy and AMAZING RESULTS!!!

Between the time that I called Yasbeth and met her for an interview/​walk-​through, I hired a different cleaning company, so I do not know how she cleans but, based on what I do know about her, I would definitely consider it in the future. She seems very professional, organized, prompt and polite. She charges a very reasonable rate, and is willing to clean in the Napa Valley, as well as Sonoma. She has experience and even went to school to learn about cleaning products.

Yasbeth and her cleaning team are amazing. I never thought that a professional cleaning would make a difference, but it really does. My home looked cleaner than I ever thought possible after they left.
