Rachel O’h-Uiginn, CPC, is an Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching [iPEC]trained & certified life coach with 400+ training hours. She is also certified in the Core Energy Leadership Process, which helps individuals tap into their inner purpose and passion to create outstanding & lasting results.

As a skilled personal development coach, experienced civic leader, and avid practitioner of positive psychology, Rachel incorporates aspects of philosophical teachings, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and positive psychology into her practice. She has a passionate ability to get at the core of a person, introduce them to new perspectives on their innate strengths and bring forth deeper self-​awareness to help people live more confidently in who they truly are.
